She provides counseling sessions of various lengths and frequency depending on your needs as well as specific and achievable advice that has helped me cope with my insomnia. I believe she is dedicated to providing genuine care to her patients. It does take a while for the Sleep Center to triage referrals from your family doctor but it is well worth the wait. It will change your life for the better.

The experience was horrible - I was undermined, given diagnoses that were totally unfounded - and recommendations the opposite of my Dr. including the increase of medications that were known to be detrimental. Needless to say this Dr. gave my company recommendations which were "what they wanted to hear" so that they could change any disability payments and or accommodations in the workplace. However I persevered and continued and with other professionals and my own Dr's assistance her recommendations became mute. Are some psychiatrists giving employers the answers they want and don't care how a person's mental and physical well being are damaged in the process?
