Hi Everyone, I called Mr. Elliot today because I needed a lawyer, and he had represented me quite some time ago in a case in Troy. Where the judge was Patrick Flynn, and until late this afternoon I thought he had done a good job for me.Well he said right off that he wouldn't be interested in any case that I needed him for due to me being guilty of insurance fraud, which after he half way explained what that entailed and me telling him it did not ever happen, he said Im calling him a liar. Then he hung up on me. So I called another attorney who had the pleasure of going to Troy ten years later to redo the case in which Lee Elliot supposedly was representing me in against Judge Flynn, I say Supposedly because I found out today that Lee Elliott was due at, about the same time to be sentenced by Judge Flynn for a DWI not sure how many he had but according to my attorney he was to get jail time. Yeah now my mind is starting to put two plus two together starting to understand why he recommended I take the plea deal. How much time did you get off for screwing over your clients? How many besides me did you do this too? You know I have so many questions I have to write them all down, and you can bet I'm going to get answers to them all.
