I had to have a few fillings done, and it was the first time that I have never felt the needle - not one little bit! Retainers should all fit same but in my case they didn't their was a noticeable difference in the shifting of my teeth depending on which retainer I wore. when I brought it to their attention, they said just wear the one I am most comfortable with. 3. I lost my retainers, so I went in to get a replacement. I was told to keep my molds in case of a ai loose them. To my surprise there were two top molds and no bottom. So if I wanted to get a replacement somewhere else, I couldn't. 4. It's been less than a month since I lost them and they are saying I have to get new molds, because they assume my teeth have shifted so much in a couple of weeks that they would not fit smh. I am very disappointed, but I have no choice but to go to them for the replacement. because if I go somewhere else without molds, they charge an arm and a leg SMH. If you choose this place, make sure you check your molds and stand your ground when it comes to your treatment.
