The staff was so caring and sweet and took a genuine interest in my little one. The dentist looked at my son's mouth and gave me so much honest advice coming from a father himself- and not just a professional. Hendersonville Dental Spa for Kidz is fun for the kids but also very relaxing for the parents. Pleasant waiting area, nice amenities, and best of all...you can go into the treatment room with your child if you desire. They cater to patients with dental anxiety so being able to stay with your child during treatment is a plus! They also do ortho which is great to be able to stay at one location instead of being referred out. Every child gets a balloon, goody bad, and a prize out of the treasure tower which makes it a fun experience.

I thought I'd give them another chance since everyone has bad days. I have the card with the set time and date. I never got a call or reminder, which I thought was weird so I called today. They told me they never scheduled her!!! This place does not have it together and it's not worth the time. There's nothing special here that'd make me want to stay. Going to find a new place for my child ASAP.
