When the shower was used 10 days later the tub was still draining slow. I called Hawkins back and they sent out someone immediately to re-snake the drain at NO CHARGE to me! He did call to notify me of the situation. When he did arrive, he was very conscientious about not walking through the lawn and wiping his feet before entering the house, but he couldn't figure out how to run his power snake, did not have the proper tool in his truck to address our leaking tub tap, and spent almost an hour on the phone with his boss trying to diagnose the source of the leak which he was not able to fix or offer any recommendations on what to do to stop it aside from to tear out the tile and replace the entire pipe assembly and wall. A month after the service, our kitchen sink clogged again and we just rented a power snake from the home improvement store and did it ourselves. We were able to fix our tub faucet ourselves, too, without tearing the wall out. I believe a professional plumber should have been able to fix it when we called him to fix it and not have left without adequately addressing the issue.

Please don't pay him before the job is done. We allowed him to talk us into allowing him to replace our vinyl siding at a home remodel that we're planning on moving into. He assured us that it would be him and a guy or two. Tony said he would be there everyday. He never would show up to the hpuse except to pay the two hispanic guys. The guys ended up using white caulk and taking the clear caulk, that we purchased for the project. It was brought Tony's attention and he lied and said in a couple of hours the white caulk will turn clear. It was taken from the job site. We actually purchased the multiple tubes of clear caulk, ourselves, along with all of the needed supplies. It looks awful. We'll end up having to rip up the caulk and replace it all with clear caulk. Tony begged and begged us to pay him half and total cost everyday even though we bought all the materials amd the job was not complete. We finally paid Tony after his pity speech. The siding job is still not finished. He still refuses to finish the siding, in writing. We're still debating what next steps we'll take.
