We called Yates, who said they could have someone there in 20 minutes for around $75. He called the insurance company who said they do work with Yates, and that they would call them. Yates said that they will only come if he paid them the $75, because they get less from the insurance company. I get it, but at the same time, why be a preferred vendor if you're not providing a service. Ridiculous
