Since I had not heard from them; I called them on the 12th day for an update on repairs. The owner said the delay was due to waiting for manufacturers OEM parts. They had kept my car for 31 days. The final bill was slightly over $1200. The owner, Jeff, said it was due to a current price increase for parts. I was not notified for either the time delay OR this outrageous increase prior to picking up my car. This is this most non-professional auto business I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER use this business again!

He gave me a genuine hug when I didn't even realize how much I needed it in that moment, still in shock after what had just happened.
