He will look for, find, and point out any signs of damage, mold, water leaks, etc to a house, and always has a flash light with him to help find bad spots in a house. Jerome Ball helped guide me through the minefield of Los Angeles real estate purchasing and we bought a home that exceeded our expectations. Jerome's access, speed, research, attention to detail, and ability to close a deal are what I found to be qualities that separate him from other agents. When I first started my search for an agent, I contacted seasoned agents who had great reviews and specialized in certain areas I wanted to live in. What I found is that it took a day to get in contact with them and some simply we're too busy to look at new homes on the market. In the LA real estate market timing is incredibly important. Jerome understood those requirements and was incredibly accessible and very fast. Whether it was phone, text, or email, Jerome was always available to answer any questions or contact me with new information. He was also extremely fast to inform me of new homes on the market and show them as quickly as possible. Jerome was a very good researcher also. I was certain which city and area of Los Angeles I wanted to buy. Jerome's ability to close the deal saved my thousands. The drama begins when you finally found a home and have to make an offer. Minutes after a home went for sale and before it hit Redfin and Trulia, Jerome notified me and scheduled a showing asap. By the end of the day an offer was in and by the next morning Jerome worked the sellers agent to get them to say yes. I can't tell you how important that was as the coming weekend would've initiated more views and probably much higher offers. Jeromes attention to detail further saved me thousands. I wasn't prepared for the roller coaster that was 30-day escrow. Jerome made sure to get the sellers' agent to agree to important addendums. Pretty soon there were costly repairs that came up where the selling agent would try to balk by saying "the house is sold as is."
