I went back for a second appointment on Tuesday and did not have a great experience. I left the spa feeling like I just wasted $100+. I could tell my massage therapist was distracted and even texting on their phone during the massage. Very disappointed in this recent experience and I probably will not be going back.

Anyway the owner attempted a simple makes manicure on me and for all of the licenses she supposedly holds the skill does not at all show, she floundered at my manicure and was superbly rude, as we're all the other staff except their hairstylist and they all except her looked down upon you and thought they were better than you especially the owner. She left scrapes on my fingers caused severe pain in my cuticles and I contracted an infection in my hand as a result. Terrible establishment terrible owner waste of money. The hair salon and stylist was worth more than the total of all services combined. She makes the whole spa.

I paid over $300, plus a tip, and after getting home and seeing my hair in normal lighting, my roots looked very gold/yellow with a noticeable line where the color did not blend into the rest of my hair. I reached out right away, sent photos, and explained my concerns. The initial suggestion was that additional highlighting may be needed, and I was also told that an assistant could highlight it. After the original result and that proposed correction, I no longer felt comfortable having more chemical work done at the same salon and decided to get another professional opinion. I asked for at least a partial refund since I now have to pay another salon to assess and correct the color, but the salon declined because I did not return for an in-person reassessment. I understand businesses have policies, but as a client, I also think it is reasonable not to feel comfortable returning for additional chemical services after losing confidence in the result and proposed correction. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision. I would recommend taking clear before/after photos, asking exactly who will be performing each step of the service, and clarifying the salon's refund/correction policy before booking. I would also recommend asking for a full price breakdown before any service begins. I was not given the full pricing until I checked out, which added to the frustration.

Just dropped in to clean up my eyebrows. Now I have permanent ombré, Which is basically an eyebrow…read moretattoo. So all they needed to do was follow the tattoo line. Not only could the tech not follow the tattoo line, she basically plucked all of my eyebrows!! I paid for waxing, not plucking!! So it hurt like hell and she still couldn't follow the tattoo outline!! She was heavy handed on the wax and failed to make it look clean. On top of that she was slow! A whole set of people came in and left twice by the time she was done! And it was incomplete! What a mess!! The ambience is nice but these ladies have no idea what their doing. Could get a better job in a Vietnamese nail shop! Or perhaps because I dropped in they gave me the newbie. Either way, horrible!!
