BA were highly recommended in general and amazingly praised for that particular kind of project. For three weeks, I called repeatedly and left messages asking them to call back. They never called back. Finally, I called and spoke with a human. I explained what I wanted. The human said the specialist would call me back. Never did. I called more; more messages. They NEVER called back. Finally, after over two months of phone calls and messaging, I spoke with someone who said they don't do my projects. Why didn't you call back and say so, months ago? No response. I vowed to never use someone with so little common business courtesy ever again. (They were so fundamentally bad that I wasn't going to dignify them with a Yelp review.) Seven months after the original call, I received a simple project. The person directing the project said to use Blind Ambition. (Are you kidding? No, it's something they do.) This time, I physically went to BA. I produced the project materials. They said they could do it and would do it. It would be $$$$ and they would be delivered in two days, on Friday. I asked if I could pay them right then and there. No, leave a check at the project location. I told them that a bank check would be with the project supervisor at the delivery location. I went directly to the bank and got a check, then went directly to the delivery location and left it with the project supervisor. The check was on site within two hours. I called BA (they answered the phone?) and told them the check was at the project location on the project supervisor's desk. Friday passed with no contact. Monday, no contact. Tuesday, no contact. Wednesday, BA called and announced that they did their part and the material would be delivered that afternoon! (Hey! Y'all misspelled "next Wednesday" as "this Friday".) WHEN WILL YOU PAY US? (BA took twice as long to deliver and didn't apologize, but at least BA forgot where their money was.) It's in an envelope on the project supervisor's desk at the project location. Just like I told you. Thursday, no contact. Friday, a week after the promised delivery date, BA called. "WHERE'S OUR MONEY?" Just like I told you, twice, it's in an envelope on the project supervisor's desk at the project location. 123 Main St, Room A, center forward area of desk, white project location envelope, "Blind Ambition" in cursive in black ink on the front. If you'll wait a minute, I'll have the supervisor put a note next to it that reads "Never, NEVER use Blind Ambition!" Many people say BA does great work. I have yet to see anything they've done, but at least they're slow and expensive and they don't pay attention to important details like the location of their money. YMMV.

Since then I have repeatedly been promised, "The chairs will be here on Thursday, and we will immediately ship them." I even called the corporate office and was told they would contact the store. Two weeks ago I was told two chairs had been shipped on Thursday and would be there on Monday (May 30). Still no chairs. No one ever calls me to say chairs have been delayed. No communication is initiated by Hank's. Today I called Hank's and was told, "The chairs will be in on Thursday and will be shipped." I have never had to put up with service like this from any reputable vendor.

We was needing an electric stove. When we got back to appliances, no one would even acknowledge we were there. Associates walked all around us ignoring us. Associate sitting at computer in appliances looked right at my husband when he walked up and looked right back down to what she was doing. We will not beg someone to take our money. We left Home Depot. Went down the road less than a mile to Lafferty's. Got the most amazing customer service a person could ask for. Bought an electric stove from them.. and get this.. even was able to get delivery same day. WOW. Home Depot site stated they wouldn't be able to deliver until 9 24. While we was wrapping up our transaction with Lafferty's, I even sat in their massage chair and got an amazing massage. SO because no one at Home Depot wanted our business today in just a few weeks we do need a dishwasher and a couple more appliances, I will be going back to Lafferty's because they were amazing with customer service and price.
