Terrible, just disappointed that Home Depot would sink so LOW as to install Flock license plate reader cameras around your facility. While you advertise to support the military and local communities this is a blatant infringement on our fourth amendment rights. My husband and I went into Home Depot on St Michael Drive , Texarkana Texas today. As soon as we walk in, cashier standing at front of the end where the customers who are not contractors normally walk in greeted us but from there, customer service was horrible. We was needing an electric stove. When we got back to appliances, no one would even acknowledge we were there. Associates walked all around us ignoring us. Associate sitting at computer in appliances looked right at my husband when he walked up and looked right back down to what she was doing. We will not beg someone to take our money. We left Home Depot. Went down the road less than a mile to Lafferty's. Got the most amazing customer service a person could ask for. Bought an electric stove from them.. and get this.. even was able to get delivery same day. WOW. Home Depot site stated they wouldn't be able to deliver until 9 24. While we was wrapping up our transaction with Lafferty's, I even sat in their massage chair and got an amazing massage. SO because no one at Home Depot wanted our business today in just a few weeks we do need a dishwasher and a couple more appliances, I will be going back to Lafferty's because they were amazing with customer service and price. read more

Today I arrived at The Home Depot on 4110 St Michael's Drive, Texarkana, Texas. I was greeted by Bobby Mixon and he gave me a shopping cart and told me if I needed any assistance someone would be in the area to provide customer service. I arrived back at the register after finding my tile and Brandy rung me up and I explained to her that I wouldn't be able to lift the tile into the car. While she was calling checking to see who was available I noticed the gentleman that gave me the cart upon entrance to the store was in front of me so Brandy asked Bobby who was available and he said he was. I enjoyed my early morning trip to The Home Depot and Thank you Bobby Mixon for great customer service. Brandy keep that beautiful smile.. read more

Absolute worst. Over the last two days I've spent 40 minutes on hold, and at no time has a live person picked up the phone. Today, day two of trying to speak to someone, I hung up after almost ten minutes and dialed the national number. They put me on hold and a minute later someone from the Texarkana store picked up. After it was established that the item the website says is available in the store isn't actually in the store, I asked why they don't answer their phones, at which point Tina, the woman I was talking to, hung up. I'll drive to Shreveport before I spend any money at the Texarkana store. They suck. read more
