Have bought two items here. A dryer 6 years ago....still running great. A washer two weeks ago…read morethat leaked. All I can say is know what will happen if something goes wrong. 30 day warranty....you have to bring the item back yourself for service. Typically warranty is repair or replace....if you want your money back, you only get 75% of what you paid due to restocking fee. Full disclosure, there are small signs that say this...I just missed them and was not apprised at the time of purchase. My biggest issue is that the store owner seemed more concerned with swapping out than refunding my money. Since I had already brought the washer back once, I did not want to pursue a replacement. By this time, I decided a new appliance was worth the cost if it alleviated the hassle. I even had a plumber come to check my fixtures since I had already decided to buy a new washer and avoid potential headaches. When I told the owner, he said I must have known I had a problem. Plumber found no problem or evidence of leaks....then the owner said he knew the plumber and the plumber did not know what he was doing. He did finally agree to refund 100% if he found any leaking however when I went back to check, I was told there was no leak and the washer was already loaded on a truck to ship to another store. Since I could not see for myself, I was stuck. Caveat Emptor. On a side note, during my conversation with the owner, he chewed out an employee right in front of me for not giving him all of the paperwork on my sale that he requested. I am sure there is more to the story but I am unsure what could warrant a public a** chewing. I felt bad for the employee.

I spoke with Chris, who treated me with amazing respect and professionalism and took time to answer all my questions. I knew from that conversation that he could help my mom get her stove. So I sent her there. He did in fact help her, though she ended up keeping her existing stove for other reasons. But the experience was amazing. Even though it didn't result in a sale like we wanted, I had to hop online to leave this review so that others will know. The morning of the scheduled day some random person calls leaves a mumble quickly spoken message. When I called the store I was told they would have the repair person call me back. He did not. When he showed up he preceded to argue with me & threaten to just leave. Fine by me. I have no idea what he did but my entire hallway ended up flooded. He half assed cleaned it up then bailed. Rude, disrespectful so not worth it.
