The cab which…read morecollected me at the time I specified were not Andy's Cabs, but Jaydee, apparently, Andy's must have been very busy so arranged for Jaydee to collect me. I was quite happy with this arrangement and also very pleased with the price of the trip into Glenrothes, it was a lot lower than I was expecting. I will recommend Andy's Cabs to all my friends.

After using this company for years I was disgusted on Sunday 28th April 2024 ..the dispatcher has…read morean attitude telling me cash upfront for taking me to garage and back ..I have done this for last 2 years and 1st of me being told this..then when I got in taxi driver said to me I wanted finished before this hire came in...what kind of company has this turned into ..then when I phoned office to complain next day Mon 29th April the so called manager had an attitude too and refused point blank to give me owners contact or phone number ..I will not use them again ..I was so upset when I got in from garage all because of abuse from there taxi driver he should of been finished his shift already if that was his attitude..guy I usually get on Sunday nights is really sound
