I spent time looking and investigating several tree service companies to cut down my old dying apple tree. I called, texted, and emailed 5 highly rated companies, 2 didn't even bother to respond. 2 others did respond and came out to give their estimates. It's kind of surprising the different ranges these groups charge. One guy was very concerned about some cement in the tree and had all sorts of excuses - I could only think to myself: it's your profession, be a man and stop whining. Finally, I found Adrian's! He responded quickly to my call, he came out when he said he would. He looked over the services needed, and gave me a reasonable estimate. He and his crew came as scheduled and were very professional in cutting down the tree. I was very impressed with how methodical and careful they were, especially since the tree was near the house!
