First, parking is close and easy. Usually you can stay very close to the door. Second, the facility is small and check-in is fast and friendly and the waiting area is immediately accessible. They have a coffee machine, a table or two and standard chairs and couches for family and patients. There's also a TV and a monitor which tracks patient progress through their procedure for any waiting family or friends not inside with the patient. The interior waiting areas for patients having a procedure are standard hospital bays, with no doors, curtain access, but a recliner chair for companions or family members where they can stay throughout if they prefer. The privacy is perhaps minimal, but the access for the care time is easy and open. Every team member I've encountered here has been great - friendly, comforting, and this is important, they all seem to make a personal connection - even if it's small, that makes you feel seen as an individual. The Froedtert/Medical College is a massive organization and complex, so this is a very limited review of one area, which is the Center for Advanced Care, and specifically the Ear Nose and Throat Clinic. Been coming here for several years, and have always been impressed with the level of professionalism, and care. Especially the staff that work with Dr. David Poetker. Would recommend them to others that are struggling with ENT issues. Once you are in the proper parking structure, it's a quick ride up to the 5th floor. Get off the elevator and go east. Read on for more. I have been seeing Dr Nikki Allen as my primary care provider for a few years. On a couple of occasions Dr Nikki has been booked up when I needed an appointment so I've seen Dr Tim Allen. Although, he's primary an Addiction Specialist, he also serves as a General Practitioner. These two people are not only excellent, professional, caring doctors, who go way above and beyond for their patients, but they also serve and give so much of themselves in their community, especially to those in need, in a real, sincere, tangible way! I happened to be looking up the link to their website for a new friend who is looking for a new doctor (as I've referred others who have been beyond satisfied, btw) and came across this review . It grieves my heart and makes me angry to see them and their livelihood slandered in such an egregious manner. Therefore, I felt compelled to set the record straight. I could sit and type an entire dictation of what was said and done between this woman and the Allens, and between her and the police officers, but nobody wants to read that so I will try and sum it up. At NO time did Dr Timothy Allen raise his voice, let alone start "yelling" at this woman. Neither did his son, who happens to be one of his receptions. Both spoke so softly and calmly that I was in awe! Dr Tim never came anywhere close enough to put his hands in her face. He acted professionally the entire time. This woman was rude and disrupting their business even though Dr Tim was trying to accommodate her tardiness by letting her wait until he had finished with the other patients who were on time. She became more and more unruly. He had every right to call on the police department. It is private property and she was creating unrest and upsetting other patients. You wouldn't allow that in your home, would you? When she finally realized she wasn't going to get her way, she decided to claim racism. Not only was their not one racist word uttered nor implied by the Allens, but I've got news for you, my VERY WHITE friend was ALSO dismissed as a patient by Dr Allen for very similar reasons and he had been a patient for most of his life! Again, I could go on but I don't think it's necessary. Every slanderous claim that this woman made is a falsehood-- made up out of whole cloth. I also witnessed every interaction between her and the police officers. Again, those conversations didn't go anything like she claims. They said the opposite of what she claims, that Dr Allen "wrongly called them." They told her that he had every right to do so. They certainly did NOT come in "hot ready to attack" her. She has falsely slandered them as well. Finally, you don't have to believe my account. I encourage you to check them out for yourselves if you're in the market for a new doctor!

Since Prohealth and other clinics/hospitals have joined "MyChart" I find it extremely easy to communicate, set up appointments, and get test results. I have been going to Prohealth for a very long time. The thing that keeps us coming back all this time is the dedication of our primary care physician. A big shout out to Dr. Daniel Cheng. He's friendly, helpful and professional. Never fails to call the next day to check on us, or give us test results. The rest of the staff have always been friendly and helpful. This includes the receptionists, nurses, and support staff. Once I arrive, I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes.

After waiting an hour past our appointment time, he spent approximately 5 minutes (NOT kidding) with us. He came in the room, said "any headaches" (to which my son responded "yes"), with Dr. Reichert's response of "I'm not doing surgery because you don't need it." Didn't bring up his MRI results or discuss them, didn't talk about any of his structural abnormalities, didn't ask "how are you," didn't listen to any concerns, didn't ask if we had questions, kept tapping on the exam table - slouched and leaning back in the office chair - completely unprofessional, cocky, disrespectful, NO bedside manners, treated us like we didn't know anything (I myself have a medical degree as an NP), didn't even assess my son(!), opened the door, and walked us out of the room. I would NEVER recommend this provider to absolutely anyone. I have no idea who would rate him so highly, but I really hope that you look to other providers to have an understanding of what one would be like if they had their patient as the focus of attention, during an office visit that I am paying for, related to a pretty significant issue.

I thought it better to submit them prior to the app't so the Dr. might have a chance to review BEFORE my visit. How could he go through all that and the scans during the app't, which I expected to be 15-20 minutes? The doctor saw me within 10-15 minutes of my appointment time and spent over 45 minutes speaking (and listening) to me, doing a brief physical exam, and then reviewing, in detail, the CT scans of my cervical and lumbar regions. He didn't review the scan in advance. He spent the time to review them with me. I was not there to proceed with any particular action or surgery. I was there to CONSULT and strategize whether to take action now (I'm 67), or wait some years, maybe 10 or whatever, to live with my ongoing condition/s (I've had a discectomy and fusion already) and take action at some later date. Dr. King understood all that, and considering the complete Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD) I have, he recommended we take a wait and see approach on the surgery. He did refer me to Dr. Doniparthi in the Pain Management clinic to again CONSULT the possibility of an injection or trigger point therapy. (I have seen her more than once before and had injections before). I did follow up with her the very next day and her assessment was basically the same - no assurance that any injection would help... might help, might not. So... wait and see as long as I could continue to function as is. I was very pleased that I was listened to, that a conservative approach was considered and taken, and will return to Dr. King, if and when, I deteriorate to needing some intervention.
