These guys and gals are awesome. It's unfortunate that there really isn't an alternative, but thankfully, they're affordable and do good work. Un-thankfully, it means you won't be getting your fence any time soon. It was about two and a half months from the time they came to check the location and the time they were able to get me in. If you've seen any big fencing projects around Fort Smith, it's probably the Fence Man doing it, so they seem to always be busy. I had an issue with a tree growing right on the fence line, and couldn't get someone out to deal with it in time. I called the Fence Man, and they were completely fine with pushing back the install date to accommodate. I was very glad for that, fearing I'd pay some cancellation fee or something like that. But everything worked out, and they were there the following week to install the fence. It looks great now! I'll definitely be calling them again whenever I need a fence repaired or replaced! read more

The Fence Man installed a wooden privacy fence for us in December 2025. They installed the fence posts on Monday and finished on Friday of the same week. That's fast and they did quality work. We asked several questions before, during and after the work, which were answered quickly and with detailed answers. We even had a change order to expand the original fence plan and it was quickly re-estimated with a great price before we started the project. Our fence installers Dustin and Tyler S. were very polite and the extra crew members who showed up to help complete the job were also friendly. Called for an appointment to get some fence work done they answered the phone promptly and friendly was able to set up an appointment to meet a sales rep. Sales rep showed up on time and was super friendly, listen to what I was needing and was able to help me figure it out. Got me a quote within a short amount of time. It came back comparable to the other quotes I had. The fence man just to seem to be more organized and friendly. Fence looks great and installers where friendly and kept me informed thru the process.
