Ok my update is they have redeemed themselves with my mom . An angel Dr came in and corrected the whole situation of releasing my mom from the e.r. that day and admitted her ! He told the staff she came in for pain and she's not leaving until we fix it ! . She was on a deadly dose of steroids and hight blood pressure from her rhumatolist and her general practitioner wich actually also work for the hospital, oops hope they'll be accountability fir that . She also diagnosed for pneumonia now as well . Still in care , the nursing staff is amazing and so compassionate. Not sure what happed but it was a 360 degree change fir the better . They caught the mistake and possibly saved her life . Whoever the Dr was that interveined is nothing less than an angel . Thanks for doing better . I hope this is the new standard for Healthcare at this hospital. read more

I've used the services of Elmhurst Hospital for 5 surgeries, a pneumonia bout, a possible cellulitis visit and a few ER visits. There are 2 other hospitals closer to my home. I'm very sorry about the reviewers who had a poor experience. I have never received anything but excellent care. Well, there was one ER doc who was more excited about the cut on my forehead than about the 3" severe scrape on my shin which took about 6 weeks to heal. A side note, if you're on anti-biotics, food tastes horrible. It's not the kitchen staffs fault. I complained so much, they sent a dietician to see me. The nursing staff is very attentative. If you or they have a question which they're not familiar with, they'll get an answer. The interior reminds me of Frank Lloyd Wright. Very tasteful and restfull. Most rooms have a large window, a sofa, a closet and a full bathroom. And the upper floors have a balcony with chairs and a table or two. For the best care, keep your MyChart pages filled out. You can link hospitals and doctors to the site so that whichever medical site you're at so medical staff can access your complete medical history. I wasn't planning to write this review, but I feel compelled to share my experience and caution others about the unprofessional and ineffective care I received from the ER staff at Elmhurst Hospital I went to the Elmhurst Hospital ER on March 22, 2024, around 8 p.m., with the most obvious signs of a stroke -- numbness in my left leg, vomiting, and a terrible headache. Instead of treating me, they ignored me for hours. First, I was made to wait over 30 minutes in the lobby after my husband explained that I was vomiting and unable to walk. Out of sheer frustration--this being my third visit there trying to get help--I told the ER nurse in the intake area, "I can't do this anymore." Instead of recognizing that I was in distress and needed medical attention, she placed me on suicide watch. I was placed in a back room, confused why an 18-year-old guard was stationed outside my door. I was not suicidal; I was having a stroke and pleading for help. I lay in that room for more than four hours before anyone even considered running a CT scan. When I asked for assistance, I was given an ice pack for my headache and told the doctor hadn't arrived yet. No one thought to run any blood test, start an IV, etc. Nothing was done until 10 p.m., when the doctor finally came in and removed me from suicide watch after I explained that I was not suicidal--I was in excruciating pain and desperately needed care. The situation was beyond frustrating and dangerously negligent. I came to the ER because I didn't want to die, showing obvious symptoms of a stroke, yet I was left alone in a room while my condition worsened and my left arm started going numb. At 1 a.m. on March 23, someone finally realized what was happening after my CT scan results came in--five hours after I had arrived at the ER lobby at 8 p.m. The doctor came in to tell me the news and decided to transfer me to another hospital, where I finally received proper treatment for a stroke at 4 a.m. That was eight hours after I first sought help at the Elmhurst Hospital ER. I'll never forget the nurse's response when I told her I was in unbearable pain: "Well, I've been here many times." The indifference was staggering. I was literally dying, and no one in that ER seemed to notice or care. It makes me wonder whether Elmhurst Hospital hires trained medical professionals or simply anyone off the street. The level of incompetence, neglect, and lack of urgency from the ER staff that night was beyond unacceptable. I wouldn't trust that team with a paper cut, let alone a life-threatening emergency. I truly hope they seek other employment because their inability to perform endangers their patients. After months of therapy, I can walk again -- but that's not because of Elmhurst Hospital. It's because I was lucky enough to survive their negligence during a major, obvious, and deadly medical emergency. Elmhurst Hospital ER is a joke. Would not recommend having a baby here. I told all my doctors, the hospital, and the risk management department of the hospital months in advance that I was going to keep my placenta - an organ that I grew myself and is literally my organ. And they all said that was okay as long as I signed a release and they said they'd give me the release form when I arrived for delivery. When I was in labor I asked for the form and they refused to give it to me and fought with me DURING my labor and said I cannot have my own placenta. I know hospitals sell placentas for LOTS of money so it was clear that's what was happening. They then said if I wanted it I would have to take them to court (which I didn't have the time or energy or money for and my placenta would be damaged by then). And then they had 3 people come and confiscate my placenta the moment it exited my body. It really soured my whole labor experience and was so unprofessional and messed up. All they cared about was the money they make off placentas. It was rude and abrasive and a horrible way to treat a woman during labor. read more

Some of the nurses at the hospital were unprofessional and disrespectful. I stayed for a week with my loved one and, unfortunately, was treated poorly by some of the staff. One nurse insulted me by calling me something I wasn't. The stress of staying for a week, seeing my loved one suffer, and having to sleep on a hard sofa caused me to experience pain. When I asked a nurse for a Tylenol, she rudely refused and didn't bother to check if I was okay. Additionally, my loved one's sleep was frequently disrupted by a nurse who claimed the machine was faulty and needed constant adjustment. While not all the nurses were bad, there were a few who should be held accountable for their behavior. I don't ever want to return to that unit on the west wing, 5th floor. I have more complaints, but I'm too tired to continue writing. I'm giving one star only because of the three nurses who were kind. We had about 25 different nurses come into our room, seemingly just to gawk at my loved one. read more

I had major back surgery performed here. Arrived early in the morning to check in. Pre-op area and staff were quiet, comfortable, and thorough. When wheeled into the OR, I felt like a race car rolling into a pit stop, as several nurses, doctors, etc. Surrounding me and doing their thing. Very coordinated and efficient. The recovery room must have been okay, but I don't remember any of it, heh. The hospital has about 280 rooms, all single occupant (private) rooms, and clean. I can not emphasize enough how quiet my room and the entire 4th floor were. I've visited patients in a few different hospitals and rehab centers o er the past few years. In comparison, this place was so quiet and comfortable and clean. I was very pleasantly surprised. I only spent two days and one night here, but I wouldn't have minded a longer stay. I felt pampered. The facility and staff far exceeded my expectations. Kudos to them, and thanks to the entire amazing staff. read more

My good friend had outpatient surgery that became complicated required admission for 4 days due to complications. My friend is blind and normally uses his beloved guide dog but in the hospital staff had to be extra attentive to assist him in a strange environment. Nursing care was top quality, as a former head nurse I worked with years ago called "brown knee nursing" old style very hands on patient needs directed nursing care. Nursing was very helpful helping him deal with a serious new diagnosis, a diagnosis that was feared before surgery but dismissed as overreacting which sadly came to fruition. I was a medical social worker and ER specialty social worker for 46 years and worked with thousands of amazing nurses (as well as a few not so hots) but these nurses who cared for my friend were top drawer excellent. Support facilities including pharmacy, gift shop; and cafeteria were excellent. Parking, both self park and valet were excellent even though construction reduced available parking. The family waiting areas during surgery were light, airy and comfortable. I will honestly say that this experience won me over after 2 prior circumstances involving my patients at another facility had left me critical of Elmhurst Hospital. I related my positive experience via written letter to hospital administration and received a nice hand written response from the hospital president read more

I just spent Wednesday night to Saturday in the hospital. The nurses are amazing. They are so caring. The care was so good because of the tests and continuous search for answers for me. This is the first time I've ever used this emergency room and in-patient services. If I need this again I'll definitely go back to get help here. This was the single worst medical visit I have ever experienced. I spent 5.5 hours at the ER, at least 3 of which was spent waiting for a 5-minute MRI. When I asked about the wait, I was told "that's a different department", as if it was another universe that the staff in the ER had no way to contact or deal with. For the first two hours, staff never came into my room to see if I was ok or to offer me so much as a glass of water. I was given IV liquids; when I asked, the woman who gave them to me couldn't tell me why. The blood drawn sat in a vial on the dresser in my room for the entirety of my visit. I transferred my care from Northwestern Hospital Chicago (NW) to Elmhurst Hospital during pandemic. I live in Elmhurst. I was seeing Ophthalmologist, Internist and Cardiologist. Unlike NW the EH physicians are not employs of EH. They rent space from EH. As a result the priority is making money then patient concerns. This was most evident in Midwest Cardiovascular Institute. The non-physicians made critical clinical decisions without consulting or knowledge of physicians which delayed and/or compromised my care. This practice saves money. I worked for 37 years as professional at 2 very large university hospitals. This is my take from my Experience at EH. I am back at NW as of August 2023. read more

Averaging a 2 for the ER and a 4 for in-patient care. Arrived in the ER at 6:30pm on a Monday evening. My husband was complaining of chest pain and mild difficult breathing. Doesn't take a medical degree to assess possible heart attack. We saw a male nurse at 7:15pm to start the in take process and get vitals. At 7:40pm he dismissed us from the triage room and said 'You can sit over there.' The "over there" he pointed to was the hallway with 3 chairs, all occupied. Ok, maybe he didn't offer to find us chairs because they were going to move us to a room quickly. Uh, no, that was not the reason. I guess the reason he did not get us a chair to sit in was because he was inconsiderate. Eventually, the other people left and my husband and I each had a chair to sit in. Guess how long we sat in those chairs before being moved to an ER Triage room? 1 hour? No, higher, 90 minutes? too low. 2 hours? I wish that is only how long we waited. We waited 3 1/2 hours before being moved to an ER Triage room and actually seeing a doctor! Horrible!! We tried to look on the bright side by saying if they thought he was really in trouble, they would see him sooner. My patience lasted up to about the 2 1/2 hour mark. Once we got in the ER triage room, several aides and nurses apologized for the wait and then said 'The doctor will be in shortly.' Really, and just how short of a time is 'Shortly'? Response: 'uh, don't really know. Depends if any more ambulances come in.' So that was our visit to the ER. My husband was admitted for 2 nights. He received excellent nursing care. My rating is the average of a 2 for the ER and a 4.5 for their surgical and CCU departments. y 87 year old father was brought into the hospital by ambulance in extreme pain. The hospital looks great, new and shiny. But the staff were cold to my father. They asked questions and did their duties like robots, there was no warmth. My father was scared, he needed a human being. One staff person introduced themselves, the rest came and went. They ran out of blankets and pillows and let my dad cold and uncomfortable. At 6:01 dad hit his call button and asked for a nurse, he could not breathe full breaths and the pain was intolerable. He was told the nurse would come in 10 minutes. At 6:20 he called again. At 6:31 a nurse came into the room to check on him. She said she would call the doctor and we never saw her again for over 30 minutes. The janitor went and found a blanket. The place is uncaring and cold. Once my father was admitted and moved to the surgical floor and then the CCU the care improved greatly. The nurses were attentive and caring and they had blankets and pillows! They were fabulous in a very stressful and difficult time. read more

My husband went in to the ER to find out what was wrong with him, he wasn't even attended by an actual doctor just a nurse practitioner ! He told her all his symptoms and she just gave him a bunch of numbing drugs to make him loopy and numb the pain temporarily. SHE SENT HIM HOME WITH A SEVERE SINUS AND BOTH EARS INFECTION. If it wasn't for taking him to another clinic for a second opinion it could have been worse. He needed antibiotics right away and she misdiagnosed him. Her name was Amy L. Dusek. I've just came back from the last night ER check in.. From the moment we checked in into ER desk they were polite and explained whole process.. once they've got room for me , they placed me there and I was running trough some test. From lab test, Cat scan, ultrasound, I went smooth and I felt safe bc everyone from nurses to doctor explained me what is going to be next and what is going on. Rooms in ER are clean and cute. Nurses were very gentle, that was huge thing for me since I was in huge pain. Both my husband and I were very satisfied with EMH experience. I needed to edit this review bc I have spoke with few of my friends today and I realize that we all are very satisfied with experience in EMH! I think that people don't understand meaning of ER! It doesn't mean immediately, unless you are in life danger. I predict that all of us in ER were in pain otherwise we wouldn't be there right?! So you need to wait your turn.. and nothing is wrong with that. Hospitality of the nurses is not questionable at all and either their skills. Yes I can stand and suffer huuuuge pain most people can not, but that doesn't mean that I don't respect myself or it doesn't mean to disrespect other people, bc they are waiting too. This days people do not respect, empathy is zero and all they have is attitude that they are more important from another person. That's why they write negative reviews. I had a knee replacement here. I did my presurgical workup a week before. The staff in the ekg area were rude. After my surgery I received a call from the hospital development office looking for donations. Today was the worst. I recieved a billing call on a bill that was less than 2 weeks old and I had already paid. I questioned why they were calling when the invoice was less than 30 days old. I was told it is their practice to call weekly until the account is cleared no matter how old the bill. I find this a waste of my time. read more

My complain is not about the medical care. My complain is about the closed minded management staff (non-medical professionals). The ACA allocated funds to establish an electronic communication system-- in this hospital is called MyChart (MC). Its purpose is to permit ease of access to patients, medical professionals so everyone knows exactly what is going on medically and financially and to reduce the time spend on getting needed medical care. The suits (a.k.a Management Staff) to prove they are in charge set up the rules that at every point hinder the effective performance of the organized health care. Below is an example: Today, I wanted to make an appoint with my Primary Doctor (PCP). Previously, an individual (I) wanting to schedule an appointment would go to the MENU in the first page of MC, click on it and then click on Schedule and Appointment link and get to a page that required insurance information. The first time, you were given the choice of entering the data yourself; insert a scanned filed (PFD or JPG) and move into the schedule tab. All you had to afterwards is click in a tab that indicated your present insurance status did not change. Easy. I decide this year to move back to a Medicare Supplement Insurance. So, I needed to input the new insurance information. That is easy to do, I thought! Well, now it is not possible because I must call my PCP to tell his medical staff to input my data! The IT desk could not give me an answer why this easy step was deleted. My take: they are commanded by the suits to tell the I to call the PCP. Now, since I changed insurances I cannot continue on w/o crating more problems for myself. Thus, I need to call the office of the PCP-- generally a 25 minutes wait after a 10 minute dissertation about COVID and the options available to me to wait an additional 25 minutes. Or, click the No Insurance tab and get the appointment done. There other ways to bypass the system but in the long run, I will spend a lot more time and that is wrong! An effective electronic systems helps the individual, the overburden healthcare staff and makes for a more efficient hospital. Elmhurst Memorial is flunking in that area! read more

I, too, do not understand the 1-2 star ratings. I've been to many hospitals either as a patient or to help family members through surgery. My experience with Elmhurst Memorial Hospital had been nothing short of amazing. I helped a loved one who had a scheduled back surgery. Everybody, from the front desk attendants to the nurses/doctors, was very courteous and professional. Right after surgery, front desk called me to speak with the doctor who gave updates on the surgery. Wait times seem to be a complaint by many negative reviewers. The nurses and doctors set expectations and had been clear on wait times pre/post surgery so it was not an issue but could be improved. (Also, why y'all acting like waiting in an American hospital is a new thing?) Overall hospital environment is clean, rooms are pretty, lots of waiting areas, Internet is very fast and I was even able to do some work. Plenty of parking and there's even a cafe and a Starbucks on the ground level. Overall a great experience with the hospital and the staff! read more

Both of my kids were born here. I love this hospital. The food is good and most nurses are nice. They were short on nurses this time but my nurses Anna and Millie were both awesome! My doctor Dr. Adeli was amazing and Dr. Chang is so pleasant. I love this hospital and also work with their pediatrics team for both of my kids. So far the nurse practitioner makes my son smile and Dr. Ibrahim is really pleasant and personable. read more

I saw the low stars and I can't agree, at least not in my situation. I was in the cardio floor for 3 days, 2 nights. The nurses and all the staff went overboard to help me with anything I needed. Checked on me often and showed compassion along with an overall caring attitude. Food was decent too. You can order what you want from the menu during they're available hours. The doctors I dealt with were also fantastic. My overall stay was great, under the circumstances. read more

I do *not* understand the terrible reviews this ER gets. I've been to the ER twice in the last 3 months, and had no issues there. First time was for possible head injury, was triaged and put in an ER room promptly. After a few nurses and doctors talked to me, I had a CT scan. The CT scanner is right next to the ER. They took a little while to have the CT scan read, told me I was good, and sent me on my way. I was in and out in 1.5 hours. The second time I was there was after I totalled my car. (I'd taken an Uber home, but felt some pain in the chest, so I went to the ER.) I had some chest pain. They did X-rays, (the X-ray machine was right next to the ER), and an ECG, said I was good to go, except there was one finger they wanted to take an X-ray of. I didn't want to spend more time there, I was exhausted. (I should have listened to them, they were right I was wrong. That finger may have a fracture, plus it's infected. The infection wasn't really evident until later that night or the next day. Definitely *not* the ER's fault, I blew that one. ) I was there just over 3 hours. It did take a while to get the X-Ray read. One thing I will say is that things really slowed down towards the end of this stay. I was told that somebody else had come in with a situation where they were trying to save his life. So that absorbed the staff greatly. It may be that some others here came in when the ER had a situation like that going on. read more

I have been here several times for myself and my mother. When I went for myself, I had a long wait in the e.r.. the nurse I had, Hillary Loehman, you should be FIRED!! I over heard you disrespect patients, you were beyond rude to me for my condition and told me I shouldn't even be there. How dare you? They didn't bother to do much testing, and I saw the doctor once for a brief 10 minutes the most. I almost walked out because literally, I was wasting my time IN PAIN.. for no reason. I even over heard a man with a broken arm coming in for a 2nd night in a row because the night before the e.r was so jammed packed they couldn't even see him. Another time I went with my mother who has a lot of health issues. The doctor actually recommended us to another hospital because he thought the doctors at Elmhurst weren't really "Equipped". So what the heck does that tell you?? The worst part about it is the billing department. They always screw up, always will end up putting you in a debt collection.. and worst part about it.. they'll be calling you asking for donations for the hospital. I have had repeated issues with this hospital, both from the Emergency Department to Outpatient Services. 1. Went to ER with intense pain - diagnosed with a kidney stone. Did 2 CAT scans - one showed kidney stone - other showed bronchitis. When my physician was reviewing the reports provided with the scans, they asked about the treatment for the Bronchitis. There was NO mention at the ER about the bronchitis. I was one of the only patients in the ER, so it was not an over-site because they were "TOO BUSY". Just VERY POOR patient care. 2. After having 3 x-rays for updates on my kidney stones - today was turned away because there was not a diagnosis code on the order. I asked Marian to look up previous orders as they scan in all orders. She first said that I had not been there in the past year. Oh wait , you were here 7-28-17! DUH She printed the order and there was not a diagnosis code on that order either! STAY AWAY The care you get there is NONE! Hinsdale Hospital is 10 minutes away - worth the extra 10 minutes and free valet parking too! read more

I am in the ER right now, with my son for a concussion. Going on a three hour visit. Been waiting over an hour just to be discharged.

I don't even know where to begin. I am just fed up with this hospital after coming from Loyola which I should have never left in the first place. All this hospital does is waste my time and more importantly my money. My first bad experience was two years ago with the ER: I was really sick for over a month (I thought I had whooping cough). I couldn't sleep for weeks. No Doctor could see me right away so finally couldn't take in anymore I went to the ER (one week before Christmas) at 2am in the morning. I have to admit it was a smooth process, almost no one was there, they took my in right away. So, they put me in a gown, did a bunch on unnecessary tests and the Doctor came up with a general cold. I asked him for medicine so I could at least sleep at night. He sent me home with nothing but a $200 bill. Sooooo, one week later - I'm still not better. It's CHRISTMAS EVE - I just want to be better so I can sleep and have a nice Christmas. Luckily, I was able to see a Doctor who gave me medicine. I was LITERALLY better the next day!!!! I could sleep and my cough went away!!! I was so pissed. I wasted my time by going to the ER and having to go back a second time that could have been prevented if the ER Doctor would have given me medicine and I wasted my money by paying a hefty ER bill (even with insurance) and another Co-pay that could have been avoided. My second bad experience was about a month ago with Internal Medicine and the Phone Systems. Same concept of wasting my time and money, but different department. I had symptoms of Strep Throat so I tried calling to set up an appointment - never happened. I would call first thing in the morning, during my lunch at work and forget about after 5pm. Sooo, I decided to take off work and go in to the hospital to see someone (be it a Nurse or Doctor). The Receptionist in Internal Medicine denied me at first, but after getting upset enough and explaining the phone systems suck - she had me see a Doctor. I waited about an hour. The Doctor did a strep test which came back negative. He said it's probably a viral infection and would go away on it's own. He said if it doesn't get better in a couple of days to come back. Well, I had set up an appointment with my Primary Doctor for that following Saturday for something else anyways. My symptoms did not get better. They got much worse. My primary Doctor said it could be viral, but will give me Penicillin/Amoxcillan anyways to kill any bacteria just in case. The only thing that went away was my sore throat, but my tonsils were still swollen and white stuff all over. After I was done taking the Penicillin for the 10 days, all other symptoms were still there. The sore throat soon came back the day after taking the medicine. I was the same for about a week. Then, I started to have a pressure above my stomach, felt light-headed, had a low fever, and broke out into hives all on my arms and legs. I was about fed up with this as this was over a month now and I still didn't know what I had. I called my Doctor to ask him what is going on. The first time I called, the phone operator said she would have a Nurse call me back (no one called me for 4 days). I finally called on Saturday to file a complaint. Only then, did they have a Nurse speak to me but she only said the Doctor would need to see me AGAIN and would fit me in that day. This would be my THIRD time seeing a Doctor in a month for the same problem! My primary Doctor came to the conclusion that I'm allergic to Penicillin which I had to disagree. I've never had a bad reaction to Penicillin in my life. I asked him what I had then, he still had no answers and flip flopped and said it was bacterial when the last time he told me it was viral. He said the penicillin made me better which it clearly did not and I still had symptoms. I know I am not allergic because I had spoken with a family friend who is a Pediatrician and he gathered that I could have Mono. All the symptoms he listed were what I had. Literally, every single symptom. He said the Penicillin made it worse since I had a virus (not a bacterial infection) and that's why I had a rash and fever. I told my Doctor this and I'm guessing the Doctor felt embarrassed and denied this when I told him. Now, he put on my chart that I'm allergic to any type of Penicillin when I'm not. Own up to your mistakes and don't make a patient suffer because of it. What if I need Penicillin now and I'm denied it because it's Doctor ordered on the chart. Overall, this hospital is all show and no substance. The Doctors waste your time and money. Instead of treating the problem the first time; they waste your time by making you come back when they could have treated it the first time. In the end, they get more money for making us come back. Bunch of crooks. This happened with 3 Doctors which is enough. Not to mention time wasted on the phones trying to cancel or make an appt. I am glad to say I will no longer be with this hospital. read more

I was in the ER and was treated with pure professionslism and a level of care that was outstanding. I had been at another hospital the prior day and misdiagnosed. EMH never stopped until they tests were done coming back positive and correct drugs were administered. I will not go anywhere else but EMH. read more

I have been going to this place for 27 years....my parents for double that....Their receptionist have been God Awful the entire time. The Billing Department is horrible not to mention snotty when answering the phone. That said: my father was billed as if he did not have insurance for normal services (e.g. blood draw, urinalysis). When finally speaking to the billing department at Elmhurst Memorial the Hospital Billing Department (because that is who they stated it went through) I was advised that the physician CHOSE to bill it a different way and it was billed as an OUT PATIENT visit instead of an OFFICE VISIT (Which it was) and now it falls on my father to pay for these charges. The woman really had no idea what she was talking about and just fed me lies until I got off the phone. She also told me that she didn't know what to do at this point. I also was told that since the physician did not inform the patient that they were billing it differently to him HMO it falls on the patient. Thanks Elmhurst..once again for sucking at life. I would never recommend Elmhurst Memorial Health Clinical to anyone who wants to keep some faith in humanity. These people are horrible at their jobs and they do not care about you, or your family. Might as well be going to McDonalds...they have better service. Ha! My family will no longer be using Elmhurst Clinic. They just need people to pay for the ENORMOUS Hospital they built with magnificent fountains and a Starbucks...That's important.... read more

If I could give a zero I would. Staff is rude, "DRs" only care about a paycheck. You will be overcharged and under treated. Be prepared to end up back in the hospital after visiting due to lack of care. Never call asking any questions, you will be given false information and be billed when told you're covered. Dont bother emailing or trying to call billing or any department, they will just ignore you and keep calling for payment weekly when they take "notes" to stop calling and you explain the situation EVERY time. Dont bother mailing in a dispute. They are "always right" even though, as stated before, they gave false information. NEVER again will I use this facility. read more

Worst ER ever! If the wait time says 10 minutes, make sure you add 4 hours to that time. They are many other choices, go somewhere else!

No pillows in the ER- seriously. Went in with a broken neck and they didn't have pillows. The nurse put 2 towels under my neck. eR Doctor and nurse were very nice and knowledgable- but didn't do a great job at keeping me comfortable. read more

I've been in outpatient surgery since 6:30 and it's nearly 3. Everybody is going home. Pre-operative testing makes everyone who needs their services come in early and then wait all day I gather it makes life easier for them and who cares about the patient? Not this place! No food since midnight! read more
