They got me in quickly, took care of my scheduled maintenance, and I was on my way back East. They were super friendly, professional, and the price was incredibly reasonable!! Upon my return I wanted the oil changed as it was a total 3,000 mile trip. Once again they got me in quickly and I couldn't be happier! Took my car into fast monkey to replace a tire. Jason the owner proceeds to tell me that all tires…read morehave to be changed because he isn't going to be liable for transmission damage???He stated one of my tires wasn't the same size as the others (which was false!) & that ALL tires were worn down (which was false!) Keep in mind i've went here with the same car before this appointment & he never said anything about mismatched or different sized tires! He also quoted me $800 for all my tires but yet right down the street each tire was only $100 I still have the texts to prove it! Seems this dude Jason picks & chooses when to be a "nice honest mechanic"

He talked about how it was hard to find good customers these days and that he was the cheapest shop around and I was one of the dumb ones for never coming in before. So ok I guess, but while I first thought the service was fantastic, he quickly changed my mind with the way he spoke to me as I left. I at first thought this could be a great place to come back to, but now, after the way he talked to me as I left, not so much. I don't care how old he is, which he proudly told me, I won't be back.
