Having never received chiropractic treatment, I took a chance after a good friend repeatedly sang the praises of Elmsford Chiropractic. I started receiving care in July 2019; it's been just over a month. I was in and still experience a great deal of pain, but within this first month, I am making progress. Both Drs. Axelrod and Cullen thoroughly explained the scans taken and I invited my sister, who is a Physical Therapist, to view the scans and film and sit in on my initial meeting regarding my plan of care. After the meeting, she told me she was impressed by how thorough and forthcoming Dr. Axelrod was, which put me at ease. No report of pain or discomfort is ignored and the up and down days have gone as explained and expected. I must also add that every staff member is helpful, patient, kind, knows what they're talking about, is accommodating, and will call you by name!!! The entire team makes the visits pleasant. I suffer from (RSD) Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy and I'm getting much better thanks to the adjustments. Dr. Arnitsis understands my pain; he really cares about me getting better. Been coming here for almost a year, and the service is very good. Focused on getting your back aligned and back to it's natural state. I've had no problems with them. I was in between jobs and my money pretty much was held up from paying them for about almost a month. I spoke to a lady that is the nucleus of Elmsford Chiropractic, and that's Christina. She's patient with a big heart for any situation that you're going through. I called her about my financial issue and we handled the problem like two adults should. Just let me say, Christina is a God send to Elmsford Chiropractic and If you deal with her, trust me it's gonna get solved and worked out. Also proud to say that I made that payment yesterday and I have one more payment to work out. I'm someone who has seen his fare share of chiropractic offices throughout his life and I can safely say Elmsford Chiropractic and Wellness Center is one of the best Chiro Offices I've been to! The energy there just feels electric and I could immediately feel the healing energy present. The staff was terrific and helpful when it came to scheduling around my crazy work schedule! And the doctors, Dr.Axelrod and Dr.Cullen were Incredible! You can tell that they know what they're doing and that they have patient's best interest at heart! I am a physical therapist who works with children and am constantly lifting and twisting. I have scoliosis and my back and neck often move out of alignment. I was welcomed by the pleasant staff and surroundings. The doctors and nurses explained everything to me from what my issues were to what we could do about them. We decided on a course of action that fit my schedule. I have a great experience everytime I go in for my adjustments. The staff at the front desk are amazingly friendly and seem to enjoy my quirky personality. Dr. Cullen is great to and always approaches like a friend more than as a doctor. I also recently had a birthday and never have I ever gotten a text, email, or postcard wishing me a Happy Birthday, But I got all 3 from Dr Cullen and his office. Dr A. and Dr C. have helped with my pain management so well. Using their expertise they were able to pinpoint my pain and begin to work on the areas needed to reduce the deep pain I was in. The staff at Elmsford Chiropractic are friendly and professional. The Doctors are excellent at what they do and the ladies have the front flowing seamlessly. A this time of crisis they remain open to assist those who would not be ambulatory without their care.
