This situation has been a source of mental stress. I cannot even use my bathroom for regular use and have been forced to use the kitchen sink for basic needs. This is completely unacceptable. If you're looking for a peaceful living experience -- do not rent with this property management group. They show no care for tenants and only seem interested in collecting rent, not providing livable conditions. Tenants deserve respect, honest communication, and timely repairs -- none of which I've received.

I had him show me/us at least 30+ houses between MA, CT and RI. He helped my husband (at the time) and I buy our first home together in 2016, then later down the road when life happens and things don't work out, he then also helped us sell our home in 2018. Ben made what can be a very stressful process seem so seamless. We all had a few meals together, went on motorcycle rides and spent time together while Ben went out of his way to get to know us and what exactly we were looking for. To speak even more highly, the first time home we bought was in Connecticut where the agency was not yet licensed.
