After deliver, one of the seat cushions was mis-shaped in comparison to the rest of the cushions. Contacted the company and it was agreed that the cushion was defective and that they would replace it. They were supposed to send a new seat cushion, but instead I received an entire base section of the sofa. After delivery, we realized that the new piece was defective on the base portion! The stitching from right to left side was off over 3.5 inches along the front face. I called and sent photos and was again agreed the piece was defective. I was again sent a new section of the sofa. Now, the new cushion seat material has been sewn "stretched", which is causing the whole cushion to "crease" to one side! I have wasted so much time and spoke with so many different people trying to correct the flaws of the craftsmanship of this sofa! I'm exhausted with it. Once I got in I looked around for other furniture pieces for my daughters and myself. Got two additional quotes & dimensions for chest & dressers. Then went back up to the counter with my sectional quote from 7/8/25 told the sales person Kat I was ready to purchase the sectional. Kat began recreating the quote once we got down to the end she said you won't be getting the dog bed anymore you'll have to pay for it, the sale ended yesterday. I said but I just got this quote a week ago she said well it ended do you want to pay for the dog bed? I told her I'm paying $4,500+ dollars can I just get the dog bed? She said no the sale ended. I said well I was turned off in the beginning about delivery but now I'm not getting the dog bed either. I was willing too if I still got the dog bed. Kat said well I'm not going to twist your arm it's going in your house. I said okay, thank you. And she handed my quote back to me and I left. Ultimately the dog bed was not what cancelled the sale but Kat's cold attitude and lack of customer service to even try and consult a manager on duty.Kats demeanor seemed as if she was uninterested in making a sale or wanting my business. This experience didn't just stop the sale of a $4,600 sectional but won't have me returning to purchase any dressers for my girls. I'm not anyone special but if I was her I definitely would have tried to speak with a manager to just inquire if there was something that could be done. When the installers arrived, they said they could not do it due to liability issues, so I had to move my queen size mattress and box spring up a flight of stairs by myself, which was not fun! The installers informed me that it wasn't the first time they were given misinformation from a salesperson about this issue. Also before the bed arrived, I received an email from Mattress Firm that indicated they would roll out the red carpet and the installers would wear booties over their shoes. The installers rolled out a small red carpet outside their truck, twenty feet from my house, which didn't make any sense. Wouldn't you want to put the red carpet inside the person's house to protect their floors? Also, the installers didn't wear booties as the emailed promised. So, needless to say, I'm not impressed with this company keeping their word.

See, David the District Manager and David the Store Manager assisted us with a much needed mattress. We had purchased one from a competitor here in San Angelo and without going into great detail - let's just say NIGHTMARE situation at that other company. So while still reeling and frankly in tears we drove across the street to Mattress Firm in San Angelo - thank God we did! See, we had been sleeping on our sofa and recliner because we didn't have a "mattress" and sleeping like this while going through treatments! We did this for over 2 months. So, when we arrived at Mattress Firm and met with David and David they were fantastic. They truly understood the pain, need and how distressed we were. They made specific arrangements and in less than a week we had our new mattress delivered. Then with a nightmare web-problem with the payment they actually made the right choices and went above and beyond to solve the problems which were out of our control and out of their control! They were so caring, compassionate and willing to help us get a mattress. David, the District Manager and David the Store Manager moved mountains to get us a bed so we could finally sleep at night - God Bless them...we do/will always recommend people in San Angelo, Tx to go to Mattress Firm store to buy because they say what they will do AND do what they say! No games, no stress, just good clean business! If you need anything PLEASE go see them and NOT the other nightmare companies! Finally we have been able to get some much needed sleep in our new fantastic bed!
