I had to lug my luggage up some stairs to the elevator - or use a steep ramp. The checkin was smooth and the staff was very nice. As others have noted, be prepared for pre and post party noise, the rooms are designed for small groups so don't plan on a nap or early bedtime. Mornings were quiet, the breakfast was so so for Europe, just basic offerings, but in a nice area by the quiet pool. My major big negative was that I splurged on a party pool side table one day, and even though half of them were empty, I was stuck in a back corner looking at empty tables in front of me. And it wasn't cheap. My server was great, but I was made to feel too "un-cool" like they had to stick me in the back when pool side tables were open!

There are a few taxes, you must pay upfront but they return your deposit when leaving. The hotel consists of many young guests aging from 20 - 35. This is a party hotel, you will not be getting must rest at all. Music is constantly playing and there is always something fun to do. They have a pool party every Thursday too. I would highly recommend this hotel for a young group, looking to have a fun time.

Wow what a beautiful, picturesque resort. I came here for my birthday this past October and the…read moregrounds were just luxe. I saw one of my favorite IG influencers staying at the resort and decided to bookmark it for when I decided to plan my trip to Ibiza, Spain. The resort was exactly like the pictures. Because I booked this through booking.com, there were minor hiccups at check-in regarding the balance and there was a slight language barrier with the front desk. When I first got there, it was before my check-in time and the front desk staff tagged my luggage and stored it behind the desk and gave me access to the VIP lounge section accompanied with free drink cards. When my sister and friend arrived, they also were given 3 free drink cards each (I got a little extra being the birthday girl) and we got free drink cards throughout our stay. Little did we know that water was not free and that almost ruined the beginning of the trip because we did not factor in the expense of paying 5 U.S. dollars for a 10oz bottle of water each time...we drink gallons of water a day. The only time water and champagne was free was at brunch. On day two we were able to find a store nearby and buy gallons of water so problem solved on that end. Room 2519 here! The hotel rooms were quite small but because I had my own room, I didn't feel it. Everything was clean, comfy, and cozy with a nice white neutral aesthetic. The bathroom had a variety of revitalizing shower mists and definitely enhanced my showers which I loved. Your key card to your room operates the lights and TVs so as soon as you unlock your door the lights go on and the TV goes on blasting 'Clair De Lune' each time it was powered on which personally got old really fast and slightly depressing. I wish I spent more time on my balcony because it was so gorgeous and it overlooked the San Antonio Bay. Each morning I would stay on the balcony for a few minutes and watch the boats go by. Now while I enjoyed the food and felt like almost everything was pretty fresh, what this place really has going for them and what I really enjoyed the most was brunch. The BRUNCH was simply exquisite. A+ and 10's across the boards. Definitely had no problem in adding vacation weight when it came time for brunch. Donuts and waffles were amazing. I liked my omelette cooked through so the right chef made my omelette perfect and the wait staffers were lovely. Breakfast was always with a view. The rooftop pool bar was very cute and they played a lot of untz untz music aka house music. The vibe was sexy but it got really cold at night, most likely because it was mid October. I received a full body massage at their spa by Francisco and it was the best massage I've ever received that I had to go back the very next day for another one. I plan to come back next year and I hope he's still there. Now this part is what almost ruined our stay. The hotel promoted that if you spend $2,000+, you get a free Covid test and we needed negative PCR tests to get back into the US. Unfortunately, the promotion was misleading because we spent well over 2 grand and they told us it had to be per room and we had 2 rooms between us. This caused quite an issue and the front desk staff were very rude and not trying to be helpful at all. We ended up paying $150 each for PCR tests (an expense that was unexpected). Although this resort is amazing, it'll benefit some of the workers to have better customer service skills. Some front desk staff were really great and helpful such as Alejandro and others (mainly the women) were not so friendly. At night they were really helpful in calling us a cab to and from the clubs. On the day of my birthday, they delivered a bottle of their resort brand Macebeo, Chardonnay y Garnacha Blanco to my room and the night before check out they gave me another bottle of wine thanking me for my stay attached with a 20% off promo card for the resort as an incentive to come back again and I gotta say...I was sold because I will be visiting again for sure!

Great touch added everytime you stepped into the room calming background music would begin playing (although towards the end of our stay we were a bit over it) nonetheless great touch! Food variety was pretty decent but not great enough for vegans only very few and selective options they had so most of the time we dinned out for that reason, but another great factor during breakfast was the unlimited mimosas self-served with Moet & Chandon which was great. The two main pools downstairs were also of good size for the guests however water was cold and only one jacuzzi was available which at most fit two couples at a time and was always full. Rooftop area had some of the best killer views specially during sunset time, plus there was a bar area, restaurant, another pool and lots of lounge space to sunbathe or to simply sit back relax and enjoy the views even when not dining at the restaurant. Cons: My only complaints about the facility were the elevators were extremely small that only 3 people at most could fit inside them. Also breakfast stopped serving at 11am whereas most other resorts I've stayed at keep it serving until 1pm. And my final critique was the stateroom attendant when making our room never put the small pillows back on the bed as we moved them before going to sleep on the swinging chair and therefore didn't spend any time using the chair plus it gave poor view to the room with all those pillows stacked up throughout our entire stay were they were never once moved and all of the staff were very friendly and polite however not everyone spoke english which wasn't a big problem for me but might be for someone else.

This was actually such a nice and relaxing place to swim and hang out after almost a week of hectic sightseeing and things to do and see. We did not come here to stay in their rooms, but to use their pool and take cute pictures hahaha. Guests can come and use their pool and order food. We went in July 2021, and there wasn't a waitlist or anything. Day pass is $40 per person, but that goes toward any drinks and food on the menu. We got SO MUCH FOOD and drink. and you could stay as long as you wanted. They had comfortable day beds we could lay on, an outside bar to get drinks from, and a DJ playing. I felt like I was in a retro barbie hotel dream. We enjoyed all the food that we ordered. We got the burger + fries, burrata salad (rocket is arugula), chicken pad Thai, grilled Caesar salad, pumpkin truffle ravioli, and nachos. We also got a smoothie that was great, and some alcoholic drinks I dont remember. One thing you could do was stay in their "zero suite." You can stay for one night, for free. The catch was the suite is in the lobby of the hotel, and the walls are clear. It's part of their art experience. you would be the "art." It has queen/king sized bed, tv, and table. bathroom is closed off. We did not do this, but it was a cool installation. They also have a tattoo shop inside the hotel, but they closed it off due to covid. They advertised that they had a small art museum gallery, but its just a couple cool pieces hanging in a hall and a giant painting at the end of it.
