The only reason we went with them is because when our pump…read morewent out, and got collapsed in on from our well. the company that was putting the pump in could not get it out... and well they were the only ones available in our area to come drill. NOW I KNOW WHY THEY WERE AVAILABLE! They came out gave us an estimate for the time and cost, and we knew that would very a little because there is not a guarantee nothing we'll go wrong. But not only did they drill a couple of hours the first day, but they took 9 days to finish the job! We have been completely out of water for 10 days!!!!!! And we still have to wait for the pump people to come do there job. they did not call or come up to our house to let us know what was going on, problems they were having, different tools or equipment they needed to get, or when they said they will be back when they needed to go get something. My 70 + year old mother had to walk a half a mile out to where they were to find out every time they were here. The last day they were here they waited until 1:00 to come out and drill, of course being 9 days into this my mom once again went out to see if the problem they had the day before had been resolved.. they had the audacity to tell my mother to go away and stop asking questions! Even though she had not talked to them since the day before when they told her" we need a new part we will be back." They said this at 4:30 pm my mom approached them at 5:00pm the next day! If your providing someone a service that the customer is paying over 14,000.00 for you should at least keep them informed! With 2 houses totaling 9 people grandparents,parents, and kids with no water for a week and a half. Don't yell at the customer to go away and stop asking questions! It's not our fault they decided to come work in 100 degree weather at 1:00 in the afternoon. Do not use there service! They took to long, there truck broke down, the drill got stuck, they never informed us on anything, unless we asked, and something they were using didn't work and they needed a new one twice! If they have been doing this for 20 + years why isn't it on the truck? I realize problems occur but really!!!! However the biggest reason to not use this company for your drilling needs is.... anyone that would talk to a woman in that manner, or to a customer you have been hired to do a service for, should not be in business if they are going to get put out when the customer is just wanting to know what's happening.

I had spoke with Ron about Installing a Bidet Toilet in our Bathroom…read more He claimed that he knew how to do it. He and his "Helper " tore out the Old Toilet, that was in good condition, we just needed to Upgrade, due to Medical Reasons. Ron and his "Helper " used a Reciprocating Saw to cut the Bolts, attaching the Toilet Tank, to the Toilet, which made the Toilet useless. That would have been okay, BUT about 15 minutes later, he comes out and said that he can't Install the Bidet! He was unable to tighten the one Bolt, that secures it to the Floor. The Installation Instructions were on the Sink, with stuff piled on top of them! Obviously he never looked at them, which became evident, when he claimed that I had bought the wrong size Hose. THEN, he found the Hose Adapter, which made him look even dumber than I already realized he was! We paid him the $150.00 "Service Fee " to avoid Drama, even though the Bidet was not Properly Installed. We are now having to pay a REAL PLUMBER in Meridian $150.00 to complete the Job! The Plumber in Meridian said that "IF the Plumber knew what he was doing, he would not have had a problem with Installing the Bidet!" Obviously A Steady Flow Plumbing, and Ron's "Business Ethics " seems to be "Fake It, Until You Make It!" I would not recommend him to anyone!!!!!

Updating my review from 2021. Me, I'm the problem. I had to…read morepee in the middle of the night, I flushed and as my hand came up I knocked my tube of mascara into the toilet. I did one of those slow motion "NOoooo"s and lunged but I was too slow. Just dumb, why did I put that there? So This morning - on a (Monday mind you) I called A Steady Flow at 9:42 AM. They returned my call one hour later and it is now 11:44 AM and they have showed up with smiles on their faces, unclogged my toilet and driven away leaving everything clean. Stellar! So call A Steady and I hope your issue gets fixed as quickly as mine did. Sigh, some days we win some (installing the gas line), some days we flush some. (money down the toilet, $110 because they replaced the wax ring and $20 for new mascara.)
