He is so polite, very professional, communicative and take so much pride in his work. He was apprehensive at first to do an outdoor shower for liability purposes, but still came to spec the job, which I really appreciated. He ended up taking the job and was exciting about the challenge and the design and went as far as doing research on how he could make the water valves safe from freezing in the winter. He just went above and beyond every step of the way. I really appreciated the complementary home inspection of all the plumbing inside and outside the house PRIOR to starting any work. That was so smart and so nice and it actually turned out to be a life saver for me when he found a pin hole leak in a pipe underneath my house that had been leaking for weeks! When a Costco refrigerator delivery exposed a water leak in the refrigerator line, it became an emergency situation because the refrigerator couldn't be installed until the leak was fixed. Jesse came right out, handled the repair quickly and professionally, and did not charge an emergency fee. While he was there, he also found and repaired a leak to the dishwasher at a very fair price and even fixed a leaking tub issue at no charge, which really speaks to his integrity. More recently, when my water softener started having issues, Jesse stopped by just to turn it off so it would stop recycling -- again with no service charge. He later installed a brand-new water softener, with excellent workmanship, very reasonable pricing, and his usual friendly, easygoing personality. It's rare to find someone who is skilled, honest, responsive, and genuinely kind. Jesse is all of that. If you value supporting local, independent tradespeople who truly care about their work and their neighbors, Jesse is exactly the kind of professional you want to call.
