Unfortunately I'm leaving this review because I've been unable to reach Elvin for 8 days now. I signed a contract for him to install new cabinet doors starting 10/5, luckily I didn't give him any $ yet. On 10/3 he let me know they were delayed, and I've not heard back from him after texting, calling and messaging him daily. I will now be looking for a new contractor. Rodrigo was timely in responding to my small job needs. I'm trying to turn on the outside water I tore down tiles from my laundry room drop ceiling. Rodrigo was flexible and worked within my schedule. Arrived promptly at 8am and completed the job in a timely fashion. He and his teammate cleaned up behind themselves and left my ceiling in better shape than what it was before I tore down the tiles. It's my hope to use them for future needs. read more

Rodrigo came out and gave a quote for a full bathroom remodel. He was able to get us on the schedule pretty quick. Complete demo and makeover of a dated bathroom. They showed up when they said, did a incredible job and far exceeded our expectations. WIt was a wonderful experience working with them and a great value. So we then had them do our second bathroom. We had a wonderful experience with Elvin Espana and Son. They repainted our deck and did and excellent job. The whole experience was fantastic - they were so fast and very easy to communicate with. They had the color book on hand, with all the colors I might want, and finished the job in less than a day. And it looks gorgeous! The price was also much better than some of the bigger companies that just gouge you. I'd highly recommend Elvin and his son and will rehire them for any future painting needs. read more

Started with two new marble top vanities purchased from Costco and two new faucet kits purchased from Moen. I used Yelp to find some to install the vanities. In the first installation the contractor removed a section of the ceramic tile baseboard border to flush the cabinet up against the wall. He then decided the cabinet would fix against the tile, leaving a section of tile missing and busted drywall exposed behind the cabinet. The Moen 69000 M-Pact faucet installation instructions clearly show that sealant and the provided C-clips should be used to secure and seal the faucet handles. Neither the C Clips nor sealant were used to secure the faucet handles to the vanity top. He then cut the back of the vanity and the shelf inside to fit around plumbing in the crudest way imaginable with a Dewalt Oscillating tool. The upstairs installation of the second vanity had the same issues with the faucet installation and crude cuts to the vanity back and drawer with the added issue of a botched and dangerous installation of an outlet behind the vanity for the power strip inside the vanity. He ran romex along the sole plate of the wall in the area that will be covered by baseboard. At this point I just wanted them to finish so I could hire someone else to correct both installations. A short time after they left I found water leaking from the upstairs vanity through the ceiling into the kitchen and family room. To date I'm now out $580 for the "installation", $1000 deductible on my insurance policy, $1800 + dollars water/mold mitigation, and $2800 + dollars in restorative repairs, and whatever Moen charges me for replacement clips for the faucets (they took the hardware out with the trash). I'm now using my homeowner's insurance company recommended craftsmen for the remaining work I have planned for my bathrooms. For me it's just too risky to ever roll the dice again on a Yelp recommended contractor. read more

Had a great interaction with Elvin's company. I believe I spoke mainly with Rodrigo? Very nice guy, and very much communicative. They were able to get everything requested done in a matter of days and for a very reasonable price. They're guys were super careful with our belongings and moved things in and out for us as needed. Their crew was super helpful when I tried to apply plaster myself and messed it up. The sanded everything down and painted according to the direction I gave them to a tee. No showed for two appointments to give an estimate. Didn't even call me to reschedule, I had to message him. I waited for 30-45 minutes each time. No comment on the quality of their work as I didn't hire them but I find it totally unprofessional to waste my time. read more

Rodrego and his team painted the exterior brick of our colonial style home. They were detailed oriented especially with the trim around the windows, removed decorative columns, and repaired damaged wood around the front entrance.
