Brian was honest, kind, hardworking, and straightforward from the beginning--our project was delayed due to COVID and so Brian and his team helped us setup an existing room for our 1st born daughter, as she was originally planned to get a room upstairs after the renovations. Over the next 2 years, 2020-2022, we kept in touch with Brian and he guided us, based on our budget, when we could kickoff our renovation--based on material cost post Covid. We knew going in, and Brian assured us, that we had an old house and we were going to run into surprises and unforeseen costs once we started taking the house apart. That said, Brian kept all costs at a minimum and worked with us, with incredible professionalism, anytime an unforeseen cost occurred. The entire Tilley team treated us like family, cared for our home (made it literally as strong as a tank), and truly finished every room gorgeously. His entire team is a complete delight to work with and their responsiveness and work ethic is unmatched. They have amazing integrity, good pricing from my past shopping around, I can trust them with my dogs and we are mimicking the amazing front porch design they created for me so it just makes sense to stay with a company I trust.
