What an awesome place to get a pedicure or manicure. The nail technicians did a great job on this day! The atmosphere was super nice and relaxing. They definitely follow Covid protocols and compliance. We got in right away. We got the deluxe pedicure and my daughter received a manicure. I highly recommend this place based on professionalism, cleanliness, and technique. The massage chairs were amazing during my pedicure. I think most importantly they had clean working stations as well. There were tons of color polish to select during this visit. The prices were very comparable to most nail salons and spa place I have encountered. Request Lisa or Mary as they are experts in creating the best finished look on your nails. Got a pedicure here and had to give it three stars, and here's why: -The massage was super light and didn't last very long. -They used hot towels which would have been nice had they aired them out, but they were extremely hot. -Rather than using a moisturizing oil like most nail salons, they used a gel that resembled aloe to finish the pedicure which wasn't very moisturizing -They did shape the nails well, but they didn't paint the whole nail which is a huge pet peeve of mine. I've been going there about a year. But the last three times my nails look terrible. They are not even in the shaping. And the same lady I seen to get. Keeps raising the price. At first it was just a full in was about $40.00, but the second time it went up to $46.00. then the last time she charged me $61.00. that even without the tip which is extra. I'm sorry but I'm not going back to pay extra for crappy nails. read more

Walk ins are accepted, although for some longer services, like gel or the powder manicures, an appointment is recommended. My only complaint was that my choice of polish was older and the bottle must have been almost empty--I have brush marks on my big toes, so it's not smooth. read more

I go through bouts of consistency with my nails but I've been attending this salon for about 3 years or more, I used to live right around the corner, now I live in the city but this is still the only place i will go. Not the worst but no where near the best. Over priced or over charged for a basic full set of nails. I would hate to go back there for a fill in. Not a real friendly atmosphere but as long as they do a good job we don't have to be friends. Unfortunately neither was accomplished. I will not return or recommend. I sat in the waiting chairs for 20 minutes, as a walk-in, patiently waiting. I watched two people walk in and not even sit down.. just went directly to the station of a tech. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. Was not asked if I had an appt or not. Very poor customer service. Will not be back and will let people know. The spa is beautifully furnished and the employees are extremely kind, humorous, caring, and talented. I had my nails done for prom, and the technician put on the gel polish flawlessly. They also lasted for two weeks; I was very pleased. They also serve free lemonade and sweet tea among other beverages, which is a nice bonus. I highly recommend this salon if you are looking for beautiful nails and a relaxing visit. I also had my eyebrows done here and now this is the only place I go to for my eyebrows. My wife recently found this salon located in this small mall in Dayton while we visited relatives for Christmas. Ling did her nails in the store. Ling was super nice and sweet greeting her in the store. The experience was quite nice while I was waiting for my wife. My wife is not easily pleased, but after Ling finished her nails my wife was very impressed with how skillful Ling is. Ling came up with a beautiful design. Looks like my wife will come back to her to have her nails done every year when we come back here to visit. read more

I'm not a huge fan of pedicures; my feet are very ticklish. But my friend wanted to go to this place and so we went for the whole package: mannies and peddies. I would have to say the whole experience was very good. Really nice staff. Talented technician. She made me feel really comfortable when she did my pedicure and I hardly squirmed at all. They are horrible!!! I got a pedicure and manicure with shellac. My pedicure looks like a child polish my toes, and my shellac chip off within two days. The workers there doesnt even speak english. Very nice hospitality! They played the movie Elf as soon as I sat down so I wouldn't get bored. I got chrome nails, one of which is a little warped but that's okay. The tech drilled into my skin a little but that always happens because of my small nails and he was apologetic. read more

I never really do reviews however after my first and last visit here I have to say that I will never visit again. I have never been nicked so many times in one sitting. I actually had to tell her that if she hurt me again I was going to have to leave. She didn't ask what shape I wanted or if I wanted them cut down. I was a regular client of this salon, but later start experiencing from the owner Ling attitude and discriminating comments about my children and how she would repeat such untrue statement to relatives and friends that also attend the salon for nail services. Ling was a nice tech until you have to redirect her on how you want your nails and not allow her to tell you what your nails should be or what she has time for. I later after a few years of going to Ling, begin to allow another tech to do my nails, which worked out great until she got fired for stealing. I from time to time would go to the shop but the energy was off, and Ling begin to tell other workers not to service me. My last straw was when the owner stated after 20 mins of waiting for service with my daughter, she stated that it will be over an hour before we can be serviced, however, 20 minutes later I sent a friend in for a fill-in to see if the same exact thing would be done to her, and not only did she received services, but Ling was the tech who serviced her with no appointment made after only waiting 15 min as a walk-in. Ling is a ignorant, racists who discriminates against black women who speaks up for themselves, and later treats them extremely rude and unprofessional because she can't take negative feedback on the services or advice she gives that is extremely unprofessional to speak on as just a nail tech. She has told lies about my character as a mother, and she is truly ignorant for a salon owner. When confronted during a phone call, she did not care how she had treated me, my child, and I will never be back to this races nail salon again. read more
