This is my go to place to get my nails done! My nails grow slowly and I only come in here once a month. I usually get a full acrylic set or just a fill in manicure. I do this as a little treat yourself and self care to pamper me! The prices are still very reasonable and at least a few times a year I add in a pedicure too. I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes to get seated and started. They have so many color options and usually get through the whole manicure quickly. The only issue I have ever had year is that when I need a new set, they will try to pry the old set off instead of soaking them. This has been painful on several occurrences, but if you ask them to soak them they will do it. read more

Annie did my nails and was extremely rude and this seems to be a trend because I had a man help me the time before and he was blaming me for my nails being difficult to take off (mind you my nails were done professionally done by another tech that I normally see at a different salon) and was VERY ROUGH with taking off my nails it was extremely painful and he just wandered off to talk to other technicians while he left me sitting for about 45 minutes in an acetone bath as I tried to soak these nails off you don't recommend this place. The man who did my pedicure used a pumice stone or buffer on my leg. While exfoliating my legs I felt a severe scratching sensation, looked up, and he was using a tool that appeared to be either a pumice stone or buffer. I told him to stop immediately. It was literally the craziest thing ever - he obviously had no clue what the various tools were to be used for. I had severe abrasions with the skin scraped off my leg that I showed to management. They acknowledged that it should not have happened (obviously) but still requested payment for the service even though the polish job was also terrible. They absolutely should not have charged me anything and should have told me to contact them if I needed medical attention. I will never be returning. read more

Over priced Nail tech messed up the D4 Cat Eye, manager fixed it with a rushed serviced. Could have been done better especially for the service price + gratuity. I was checked out during my service and before it was finished, that did not make me feel comfortable. My partner got the same D4 Cat Eye but her nail tech had the effect going in the same direction on both feet. The manager made a better look on my feet. First time client here! Called ahead of time asking the wait time for walk in. Gentleman answered on the first few rings said not really a wait at the moment. Arrive about 10 minutes later. Upon arrival, I was greeted with hand sanitizer at check in. Gentleman also checked temp. Picked out color & even with a large group of other customers around the same time, we were all seated in pedicure chairs within about 5-8 minutes. Staff looked very uniform, clean, and professional wearing all black attire. The pedicure area was impressive with easily over 25 chairs! We were spaced out appropriately & I even saw staff members wiping down & cleaning the chairs! For a Gel Pedi it was $65 before tip which was a little pricey for me personally but overall a nice enjoyable experience! read more

The worst manicure I have ever had. I get dip on my natural nails (have for 3-4 years) and it typically last me about 4 weeks. My usual nail tech had to cancel and I figured I would give Luxury a try. I got this set 14 days ago, 3 nails are broken and almost of the gel on top has peeled. I am always skeptical trying new nail salons because I am very picky about how my nails turn out. I mean, I'm spending $50 on this so I want it to look good! Well I got what I asked for at Luxury! First off, the place is huge and they have a decent amount of employees working so you can get in pretty quickly. It's also clean and doesn't smell horrible like other places I've been to. And I saw a bar there, but I have not checked that out yet. I also think they have a great selection of regular and gel polishes. On to my service; the fist time I went in, I was greeted and helped quickly. I chose to do acrylic nails with regular polish because I'm cheap ‍ lol. Dan took very good care of me and did a wonderful job on my nails. He shaped them perfectly and even covered the entire nail with polish! (That is one of my pet peeves, not having the nail completely covered.) So thank you Dan! You're a gem I forgot to take pictures of those nails, but I did go back in two weeks to get them filled and repainted and took a picture of those. The second time I went in, I still got great service! I worked with someone else, and I didn't catch his name but he did a great job! He trimmed and reshaped them, and he coated the nails well. And I will say, they are long lasting. The only reason I have to go back every two weeks is because my nails grow rapidly and I don't like the space it leaves, but the polish and nails hold up really well so I'm sure you could wait longer if your nails don't grow so quickl Honestly, even though I think they are a little expensive ( a full set fill in was like $30, almost as much as the original full set) I will continue going there because they do such a good job and that is hard to find these days. read more

It was a last minute trip so I changed my mind about the color I wanted while he was still shaping my acrylics and he was so patient and kind about it. The second time, less than 24 hours after I went the acrylic chipped off of one nail and the polish was peeling on 2 others. Never in 10+ years have I had this happen and we travel all over the country so I get my nails done all over the place. I called, went back for a nail repair and the gal fixed the nail with the acrylic chipping and touched up the polish of the nails that were chipping. The polish she put on the repaired nail didnt match the other nail even though it was the same number of color. Now, not even 6 hours later, the polish is already chipping again. I am visiting from out of town and made the nail stop here before Thanksgiving. They have a huge salon, many chairs for manicures and pedicures. There was no wait when we came in. They had a very clear menu and prices were stated on the check in sheet which is something I've never seen before. We got a complimentary water. They were very quick. My only point of feedback was they didn't do the pedicure and manicure together and I felt like the employee was rushed while doing my manicure. Came in to get one nail repaired and the gentleman that was repairing it got an attitude when he didn't understand the colors I wanted and started becoming argumentative and got an attitude beyond one a female would get. The whole time I was trying to explain to him the color choices and how Abby(Original nail tech) had used her own colors and I was just matching them up. He wouldn't listen, constantly talked over me, all the while I'm speaking calmly asking him to calm down and to just LISTEN. Absolute ridiculous behavior over nail color choices that he didn't understand that were choices given by the SALON! So I then ask to speak with the manager and he was no better at listening and trying understand my frustration/confusion with his beyond emotional MALE nail techs. I felt COMPLETELY DISRESPECTED AND UNHEARD! Very poor customer service from "Management" and male nail techs. SMH ‍ Thank goodness for other establishments that actually know how to treat thier customers!
