This delicacy is Crispy, super thin, perfect ratio of ingredients. There is no tomato sauce, just well positioned layer of white cheese (almost like a béchamel) with crispy bacon. Second up, we just had to listen to the Manager and order Cordon Bleu......soft cheese which runs onto the plate after the first cut. The exterior was salty and crispy fried. Ratatouille which makes you think twice about it, perfectly cooked, balanced spicy and the absolute condiment to the Cordon Bleu. Look up!! The Au…read moreCanon brasserie has a large cannonball stuck in the facade of the restaurant. The real historic arterial shell/cannonball is quite large. Not a small bullet, but a larger projectile frozen in time on the corner of the restaurant. A reminder from the Prussian siege of Strasbourg in 1870. Amazing! (And sad!!))

The pepper sauce was nothing special and kind of bland. Also we sat outside and theater were flies and bees all over the place.
