This kind of reassurance when leaving your fur baby somewhere is so important and SO appreciated! I really felt like our boy was in really good hands and being loved the way we love him. He made some friends and was such a happy boy in all of the videos, prancing around outside and just loving his time. When I arrived to pick Milo up the same young lady helped check me out (I wish I would've gotten her name - her customer service is fantastic, she's great!!) Update: The owner has now responded publicly with claims that are not accurate. No threats were made at any point, and I have the full message history documenting the interaction. The service never began, my dogs were returned immediately, and I requested a refund of the deposit for a service that was not performed. I stand by my review and the documentation I have. This whole situation was stressful and unnecessary. For anyone looking for boarding, I'd recommend choosing a provider who communicates professionally and handles concerns respectfully from the start.
