The lack of professionalism that i received, was dis heartening. Apparently a card on stay and save was not going through. I explained my purse had been stolen and i wanted to pay what i owed and continue. If i had noticed I would not have let that happen. They were persistent on a new account and that i could no longer have my old one, which i why i stayed so loyal... so i could have my loyalty perks. I am sad to say after all these years i will not be back. I would rather pay more somewhere else than to be treated like i was so disposable. Even a nice paint job covering the patches in the walls would be a big improvement. On a couple of occasions on the weekends, no one showed up to open the store. Update Sept 2018*******…read more Well unfortunately my review of Bronzed Diamond has changed. As my first experience with Shelly was phenomenal and something to write to the papers about. Sadly like with most good things must come to an end. I referred a girlfriend there about a month ago, and she set up the appointment and Shelly later had unexpected conflicts and Shelly cancelled a few hours before. Thinking life happens, I set up an appointment for myself on Tuesday for Thursday 6pm for a tan. Shelly's location had changed since the last time, but she was willing to bring a "pop-up" tent and do it in her friends back yard in Red-bluff. Sounded odd, but I was more than willing to give a little to have such a great tanning experience again. My advice, if it quacks like a duck, it must be a duck... I drove 45 mins to the said location, called twice, voicemail was full couldn't leave a message and even texted her. 15 mins later after scheduled time she texts me back saying she thought she text me and that I replied but she couldn't find her equipment and that she couldn't do the tan. I was very disappointed as one, I received no texts as stated, drive 45 mins for nothing and wasted two days where I could have called somewhere else... I do not recommend this place as she appears to not follow through with appointments. She was very nice, and did great work, but unfortunately this type business relies proper scheduling commitments. Best of luck. I was skeptical about all the normal misconception of spray tanning. However my gut led me to Shelly while randomly selecting a place from yelp. I could not be happier with my first experience with spray/air brush tanning. Shelly is not only knowledgeable but very passionate about her business. She makes you feel as comfortable as you can get being nude in front of someone new. She explains everything down to the product that you are putting on your body. I would highly recommend her. I will definitely be returning and I'll surely be telling all my girl friends. My tan came out perfect, even, and natural. I trusted the right person. Came in not pleased and self conscience with a dress I have to wear as a bridesmaid next week. The light pink color mixed with my skin tone made me feel very uncomfortable. She customizes the tan to your desired shade and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience and results. I've always been a "tanning bed" girl, but she officially has me hooked on these spray tans! Plus, all of the solutions she uses are fully organic so they are safe for your skin, and she will never use any product on you that she hasn't tested on herself first. I have been coming here for about 4 months. They keep calling me saying my payment is being sent…read moreback to them. My bank has been saying not approved by customer which I assume is just a extra precaution for fraud, i have a full time job and 4 kids so I have been trying to resolve it with whatever free time I can , however they have been doing nothing but calling me about even though I've used my debit card each month to pay them ... saying they need knew bank information or to pull up my account for them to see the bank and routing number ....which is odd then they say that it's raising red flags to them. Which is very insulting to say the least.. the way I've been treated the last few months is like I'm a fraud and I've never had such a difficult time having a gym membership , I don't get why they can just charge my debit card... I also recently just found out I am pregnant after having a miscarriage back I march so I was inquiring how to get a doctors note to not finish out my agreement .. they were more worried about me finishing the stupid agreement ,not one concern about my well being . I said I won't be due till December and they implied then I'd still have till February to pay for after I have the baby , I said well I'm postpartum after that. Just seems like they only care about the money. It's very uncomfortable to be treated like I'm purposefully having my bank decline my payment. Probably the worst gym experience and customer service. Dawn is very rude and inconsiderate, terrible customer service I would not have her representing my company.
