I received 2 reminder text messages about my appointment. Both times they gave me details as to what I needed to bring in with me to the appointment. My appointment was at 10:50am. I got there roughly around 10:15ish and was seen by the lovely Dr. Ferguson and her awesome assistant. They went through the procedure step by step and was extremely patient with me. When it was all said and done she gave me details on what would happen next to the blood vessel or mole and what steps of aftercare I needed to take. She proceeded to give me some ice tea and mints. I am booked in again for next month for a check up and I am looking forward to it. I'm not someone who goes to the doctors often and (I feel awful for saying it and I am so so sorry) I really don't like going. But everyone of those staff members where easy going, polite and happy to see me. Thank you!

Referred for a full body scan, various moles, concerns about rosacea…read more Each time I asked a question or made a comment she was rude, to the point I had to stop the exam, mention that I was autistic and have a very hard time in appointments and if we needed to stop so she could take a break, that we should. This was while doing the scan, and her saying everything is cosmetic and that nothing is covered by insurance, I said well that's kind of crap if it's ruining my life. She states that it can't be ruining your life like skin cancer would, "my friend died of skin cancel. I take that very seriously." I said, well I'm not your friend. My mom died of Neuro endocrine cancer. Which has no relevance in this conversation. She refused to acknowledge that I even suggested to stop or slow down the exam. She didn't even believe me about rosacea, until I showed her pictures of what actually happens. If you want to feel like a valued patient this isn't the place to go. There is zero reason to act rude when someone is naked for an entire body exam. Especially, when I explained that I am neurodivergent and need a second because she I was coming off as extremely rushed and doesn't actually care- it's not cancer so I guess you're fine.

At my last appointment she froze a suspicious spot off my forehead that I hadn't even noticed. A growth on the top of my head that had previously been frozen several times had not gone away. A biopsy of that was taken at the appointment. My doctor's assistant is super nice. After I told her that I needed to rent a room there she laughed & reminded me to send pictures over the Patient Portal if I noticed any suspicious spot. If Dr. Molly then thought the spot needed checked, she would schedule me for a spot check. Well....I'll be seeing them sooner rather than later. This week I received a call indicating the growth on the top of my head was Squamous Cell Carcinoma. The procedure will be different from the surgery done on my hand. An ED&C procedure was scheduled. I'm afraid to go out in the sun at all now. Pariser, Dr. Molly Smith and her assistant are the very best. I'm so happy to have them monitoring my problems.

Nonetheless, I decided to check inside and since it said suite 200, I assumed it was in the second floor. I took the stairs to the second floor and thankfully saw the entrance to the office. Again not well marked until you're actually inside the office. I checked in for my appointment and only waited for a few mins before being called back. Kyla introduced herself as my aesthetician! She was so warm, kind, & gentle spoken. She did a phenomenal job & let me know what I had to look forward to with the facial and as she was starting each step. She also took great care to ensure I was comfortable & that the settings weren't too strong or uncomfortable. The room played soft ambiance music. Kyla also walked me through what the next few days look like for my face & how to best protect it. Overall, I think Kyla made this a wonderful first time hydra-facial. She's so talented & friendly. Understanding my skin is oily, but not understanding what that means and what products I needed, I began to get cystic acne. This left HORRIBLE scarring. I did multiple rounds of microneedling (3) and multiple rounds of Opus (2) , with only some progress with my skin - and they were painful procedures + horrible downtime. Fast forward to the beginning of Summer 2025. I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel at the beginning of the summer. I expressed my concerns, and listened to her recommendations; Three rounds of super injector microneedling. I was pleasantly surprised when Rachel told me what to expect and what the down time looks like. I started my first session in June, then again in July and lastly in August. I moved overseas in September, so time was of the essence! Downtime was almost none. Pain? None. I didn't even use numbing cream, that's the best part! During the appointment, Rachel used products to prep my skin both BEFORE and AFTER the microneedling. The first session I actually fell asleep, and i'm so grateful that Rachel didn't mind my snoring!! So knowledgeable, professional, kind, and truly passionate about her work.
