Jared takes care of me and I can not praise his work enough. He is absolutely fantastic. Ally is so sweet and gentle with my grandma and always lets me know about anything to look out for. My grandma adores her. Will be back every month until forever. Highly recommend them both!!!

At first glance it looks like just a nail salon which dominates the area behind the front desk. I was there for a couples massage and they led us past the nail salon into a door in the back where they brought us to a much quieter hallway. Beyond that Is a totally quiet reception room where you fill out your massage paperwork and meet your therapist. The place overall is very clean and cozy. Given that this is downtown Frankenmuth, the prices are a bit outrageous though expectedly so for such a touristy area. It is also the only one of its kind I believe in the whole town of Frankenmuth so alas, the expensive prices. The massage therapists were really nice except they kind of talked over each other during the initial consultation. We added hot stones. This would be a good place to gift someone a nice gift card or gift certificate.

I hate to say this guys, I almost never leave low reviews (take a look at my other reviews-I…read morepromise im not a karen!) but I would not recommend others to come here and I myself do not plan on coming back. I booked a relaxation head spa with Lindsey today and it was kind of awful. Either the website is lying or Lindsey is lying. The website has a really lovely description of what you should expect at a head spa. I did not receive over half the services. The facility is clean and lovely and relaxing. Lindsey brought me back and asked me if this was my first time. I told her I've never received a head spa before. That's when it went downhill. All she told me verbally at that point was so take off my top and get under the covers. I had to ask where I can put my things (it's a really tiny room). When she came in, she didn't explain what would happen. In fact she got right to turning off the lights and washing my hair. She didn't check my leg bolster or how I was doing or even why I was there today. No scalp analysis was done. When I asked for it, or if it was supposed to happen, she completely disregarded me and said she is going to do what she usually does which is start with oil. She never checked in about water temp and in fact was so in her own little world I had a growing suspicious feeling she was on autopilot and had forgotten I was even there. I then spent half the time confused about what was going on during the service but had decided to trust her. She did the scalp cleansing and the hair mask. The entire time she did the scalp cleanse or hair mask, she NEVER got to the back of my head. The front, top, and side of my scalp got a lot of attention. She never even bothered lifting my head to get the bottom part of my head. This is like hair salon 101 basic principles of washing hair, get the bottom of the head. The amount of times her hands or fingers went below my ear lobes was maybe twice the entire time I was there, and even then she didnt even get close to the bottom of my head or near the top of my neck. At best it was giving bare minimum. At worst it was giving lazy and unbothered. After that she said I was done and she would blow dry my hair. I got really confused. I asked her if there was supposed to be a massage. She then realized she gave me the basic service and not apparently the deluxe service I booked for. She then excused herself from the room and left me confused and asking her if i should stay on the table or get up. I am presumably wondering if she is talking to a manager but she never even told me that. She then comes back quiet and starts tinkering around in the room again. I waited for her to tell me what was going on but after not saying anything I had to SPEAK UP AND ASK "what is happening?" And she said "sorry about that, I am going to turn on the steamer and give you a massage." I laid there stunned and confused. This service cost $145 last time I checked online and I had to stop her and be like listen...I need to know what the difference is between what I booked and what you did for the last hour. And she really struggled with explaining to me that apparently the only difference between my $145 service was turning on a steamer and a shoulder massage. Looking at the website...it's pretty clear that's included in the basic. Read the whole description at the top and also read the basic. What kind of sham is this? I didn't want to argue with her especially since I didn't have my phone with me at the table and maybe I remembered wrong. She was about to resume again and I told her I was now uncomfortable and I'd like to stop. Please just charge me for whatever basic service she gave me. No blowouts here, by the way. Just a simple blow dry. I had to ask again where to put my arms full of coat/purse. No conservation or engagement or checking in on me if I was ok the entire blow dry. I was miserable at that point. The quietest blow dry I've ever experienced. She checked me out quickly without looking at me or another apology. Either change the website contect or check in with Lindsey about what bare minimum she's actually doing with clients. At minimum a retraining around communication with new clients. I hated that i had to ask so many times what to do or where to go or what was happening. I would not feel comfortable sending anyone here unless the service given matches what is advertised.
