The office space itself is very clean, modern, and spacious so that I was able to work from almost any chair. Plenty of windows to let in the warm AZ sunshine so that the office didn't have that soul-sucking ambiance that so many others have. The kitchen had all the amenities you'll need like snacks, a fridge full of water, and a Keurig machine. I only had access to the public area and conference rooms based on my membership, but the privates suites looked like they had plenty of space and were customizable to your preferences. I had the chance to bring in clients semi-regularly to the conference rooms, and they've always complimented the layout of the entire area. Staff are very friendly, Jessica is an amazing office manager who will listen to your needs and keep the place constantly improving. Neighbors are all very respectful, professional, and focused on getting after that bread. Overall a no BS, no frills co-working space that I highly recommend, especially if you're based out of the Central/Midtown Phoenix area.

I was paying monthly on autopay without issue. In April 2026, my card was suddenly charged $718.20 for six months of future billing through October. I disputed only the accelerated future portion above my normal monthly payments and continued attempting to pay monthly in good faith throughout the dispute. Initially, Regus support admitted in writing that I was on monthly billing and that the six-month charge "should not have occurred," referencing a possible system billing issue. Later, the company reversed course and claimed a billing configuration change had been authorized through my account profile, which I dispute. The only recourse is their Account Help Desk and they are outsourced from Malaysia. They do not allow phone calls, only emails. They stated nothing could be done and could not return my account to monthly payments, yet the invoice amount was for future months, not past. During the dispute, I documented multiple inconsistencies within the Regus billing system itself: billing preference updates generating "successful" confirmations even when settings did not actually change, payment submissions being returned with "No Account" errors while the account remained active, and inability to restore monthly billing. Most significantly, the local Regus branch manager independently confirmed in writing that she personally attempted to change the account back to monthly billing and experienced the same issue, specifically describing the account as "auto reverting to yearly instead of monthly billing," yet stated the local branches could not intervene on clients behalf. Despite this, Regus continued insisting the accelerated future invoices were valid and refused to restore monthly billing for future services that had yet to occur. I ultimately paid the balance (the final 5 months of my contract) to avoid "late" fees and collections escalation, not because I agreed the accelerated billing had been properly authorized. If you are considering Regus / IWG services, I strongly recommend reconsidering. You can see the 777 complaints on the BBB all for similar incidents. They aren't accredited with them and are graded an F at most locations. There is also legal action being taken in CA. This was a very disappointing experience. The staff preferred losing a customer versus correcting the billing issue back to monthly payments. I immediately cancelled and after October 2026 will be completely free of them.
