Management staff has turned over 4 times in the last year or so. Most importantly they are not on your side and will not help you even though that's what they're there to do. They will tell you to "submit a ticket" but can't tell you when your ticket will be addressed.. because they never are. They renew contracts 3 months before your contract term is up; therefore, by the time you realize there's an issue you're past the "30 day grace period" for any help. I have truly never been treated this poorly personally or professionally in my entire life. Save yourself the headache and money and look at other options.

And cheat you they do…read more Our account is a mess from their own doing and their accounting entries are so muddled and you cannot understand the flow of charges and they credit and charge and credit and charge in such a confusing way THEN you do NOT get your deposit back unless you request it. No proactive service here, just keep your money in the hopes you forget. REGUS are cheats in my opinion.Their accounting team are unresponsive and unhelpful. They will NOT go through your charges, we never occupied this office and we had random charges, and they basically tell you to pound sand that your account is right and that's that. Sue them if you want. We signed a six month lease and before we took possession our business plans unfortunately changed. ZERO FLEXIBILITY. Our furniture had not even been delivered yet and we were merely told pay up! That's that. Moved to smaller space but we didn't need it. They had the flexibility to charge us just a month for inconvenience but the leasing person didn't want to lose their commissions / bonus I suspect. Gave us no one higher up to talk to. So beware!! sign ONLY month to month or you're screwed, they will take your money.

I have had an office here for 2 years. Although it is a nice building I have had CONSTANT problems since I moved in. For starters I was scammed right off the bat. I was quoted a 2 year lease at a price, came back later that day to sign and it went up $800 over the 2 years. I couldn't get ANYONE in the company to do what was RIGHT!! 2 year s later I was never set up with printing, because no one in the company could figure it out due to me having a Mac. It took 2 months to get my phone set up, the front door has been broken multiple times and other times standing wide open, compromising security and recently the suite and individual offices were broken into. I found out 8 months i to my lease that I was getting charged an extra $30/ mo for coffee that I didn't drink!!! This was NEVER disclosed to me as an optional and additional fee!!! They refused to refund my money. At the one year mark my rent went up $30/ month. AGAIN NEVER DISCLOSED TO ME PRIOR. Why did I sign a TWO YEAR lease for my rent to go up halfway through. The staff is friendly but this place is TERRIBLY mismanaged. There have been 3 managers and 6 different office staff in just 2 years. Regus is a corporate scam. Upon ending my lease, I was charged a $200 fee when my friend actually took over my office (she is stuck in a lease for another office and needed to expand.) THEY HAD TO DO NOTHING TO MY OFFICE AND ARE CHARGING ME $200!!!!!!!
