No one answered, so I left a voicemail with my appointment details and phone number. I never received a call back. This morning, I drove half an hour to the location and waited in the lobby behind a locked door for 40 minutes -- during which I repeatedly called, texted, and even chatted with ClassPass to figure out what was going on. I lightly knocked on the door as well. Finally, at 11:40 AM, someone exited to walk out another client. I explained that I had been waiting for my 11 AM appointment and was very frustrated. She informed me that all the massage therapists were busy and she couldn't help me. Confused, I double-checked my ClassPass app and confirmed that I had the correct date and time. I ended up leaving, frustrated and definitely not relaxed, for another half-hour drive home. Around the same time I left, at 11:40 AM, I received a text saying they had double-booked me and had sent an email through ClassPass -- an email I never received. Again, I had called midday Friday to confirm and left my number, but no one followed up. They did not cancel my appointment on the app. Finally, around 4 PM, I received another text saying that ClassPass had reimbursed my points and that there was nothing more they would do. No apology, no accountability -- just a total waste of my time and energy. This business is completely unprofessional. Please do not support behavior like this.
