I don't know who they have working for them on answering the phones, but they need to replace them. I will not be buying from them again. I would rather pay a little more to know that I will get my order.

These folks have the capability of using more than one color in your design, they have a huge variety of font/monograms from traditional and classic to wildly froufrou and super "extra". The turnaround time is more than reasonable, and it's right on Burke Street, which means I'm near many coffee sources after my drop off consultation.
