This hotel, only God knows why, possesses the power to produce the most amazing cup of coffee in the world. A dark, rich, house blend, served piping hot. I quickly became addicted. I don't know why I had to be all the way in Bicol to find the best cup of coffee ever served. Maybe God knew I needed it.

The hotel is in real good condition. Staff is friendly. We even asked for the room that my brother-in-law was staying in to be close to the elevator because he is physically disabled and the staff accommodated that with no questions asked. We took advantage of the free shuttle to the airport which was perfect. We only spent one night there so we didn't get a chance to test their restaurant. All in all, highly recommended - - I can't think of anything negative. Enjoy.

Rooms are really spacious equipped with comfortable linens. The hotel has a relaxing ambiance equating the long and tiring hours we spent for our 5-day field work. I literally looked forward in waking up every morning as the sight of Mt. Mayon is presently seen from my window. Tip: request for Mayon View and wake up as early as 6am to see its full majestic view. Most of the time, the perfect cone was covered with clouds. I am always keen about the food that the hotel serves, the breakfast buffet service at Venezia is something commendable and available from 6:00am to 10:00am. If you're planning to visit Bicol, Venezia offers free airport transfers and even day tour to Misibis Bay. There are all-in packages inclusive of water activities in Misibis. It is actually located inside a village. The pool is a 3-minute walk from the hotel premises but the area is extremely safe and quiet. There are rooms with two deluxe beds that can fit a family of four.

They start their mornings with their dance routine to promote teamwork and exercise. They also encourage the guest to take part, everyone is very polite and respectful. The property has a restaurant which serves a breakfast buffet which is included in your room fee. The breakfast is American and Filipino. There is also a coffee shop in the property. They only complaint that I have is that their coffee cups come in one size small. Not a good fit for a girl who starts her morning with Venti size coffee. However the coffee shop has fantastic view of the volcano and surrounding areas which makes it perfect for working remotely. They also have a secret bar. Don't forget to ask about it. Someone from the hotel confirmed our reservation through text after and we said yes. On our day of our travel, we got stuck into horrible traffic and arrived at the hotel after 9pm. There was no one in the receiving area so we had to ring the bill thrive! We gave the person in the reception our names and was told "madam" has already cancelled our reservation and gave our room to someone else without informing us prior! Imagine braving almost 24 hours of traveling only to be told this! This "madam" never bothered telling us about the cancellation! We called her and she became angry at us and called us stupid customers for not telling them about the delay in our check in time! It was all messed up and she refused to listen to a word we're saying and even hung up on us. She then sent us the text message below. How rude! Would we bother reserving again? Nope! Thanks for showing us how you "value" clients, Madam!
