My son self admitted himself to this treatment facility on March 27th, 2026. He needed a dual…read morediagnosis center, focusing on his mental health, due to some very tragic events that have taken place in his life the last 5 years. Knowing just about all there is to know about drug addiction and rehab, he thought maybe it was his mental health that kept taking him back into the darkness. He was extremely grateful for all but 1 of the employees, the education he received was life changing and is sober today. He was very respectful to staff and he received the same respect back. He can't say enough good things about what he took away from this experience. My husband and I dropped him off the morning of the 27th. We were greeted by several people, all of which, I THINK were counselors, not positive though, and all of which introduced themselves, shook our hands, helped him get his bags carried in, and answered all my questions, which I'm sure you can assume coming from a momma, there were several of them. They answered thoroughly, and with compassion. Although I left there crying, it most certainly wasn't because I worried about his safety or anything like that. I was just emotional knowing my poor boy was struggling with his addiction and it made me sad that once again, he is learning how to live his life sober. We left there knowing it was exactly what he needed, he was safe, and that he was most likely going to learn from the staff due to them connecting with him immediately upon arrival. That being said, here's the only complaint he had.....the manager, plz correct me if wrong ,Vicki. Even though my son didnt have to interact with her face to face, he did hear from his counselors the absurd decisions she would make and made it very clear there was no negotiating. He did end up leaving this facility without any negative sanctions or warnings, just a reset like he was looking for. She made it very difficult for him in the end, tested his patience, but he left with his dignity and sobriety. He highly recommends this center but wants to make people aware, she hides behind the walls and barks orders which are non-negotiable in her eyes.

This place is toxic, racist, poisonous, and a total failure as a…read moretreatment facility 90% of the people there, are there to avoid prison sentences The place is basically a halfway house My voice was never heard ,and my needs never met People are under threat of being kicked out and kill caked out daily The counselors I had were basically babysitters and couldn't even do that correctly The game playing by staff was sick and bordering on abusive The food was disgusting and I got food poisoning numerous times If any complaint was heard you received small portions and starved That created a hostile environment that with all the prison people was highly dangerous Most of the time I was there I had a headache from the toxic food and water and when I tried to get medication for it I was denied and then sent to a puppet doctor who said the same things the unprofessional nurse said And then left to suffer If you value your life I highly suggest you go elsewhere I was in an wheelchair and cast out to die This is a very sick place that needs to be shut down You are better off drinking or using than to risk your life here GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! fair warning I will go into detail later StAy tuned
