She is incredibly slow and does not take instruction or hints about your preferences. She spent 4.5 hours cleaning the fridge despite repeated requests to move on to another room.  It took her 6 hours to clean 2 rooms (the kitchen, and the already mostly cleaned living room).  Honestly the kitchen was not poor condition, but she repeated ignored my texted and verbal requests to just do the best she could with the 6 hours I allotted for cleaning the entire 950sq foot, 2 bedroom cottage.   She was very unprofessional, did not wear a mask (which is required in Riley county now), and lectured/berated me about wearing a mask. She strangely bragged about having an N95, but it was not clear whether she understood that merely owning one was not protective.  Hint: you have to wear it -- and she was not wearing a mask or maintaining a safe distance. The fridge and kitchen look nice, but it's not worth the COVID-19 exposure or the 6 hours.  Also she became weird and verbally aggressive when I told her that I had to go home and I needed her to leave since she was past the deadline I set.  She insisted she was a 'deep cleaner' and thus could not be hurried.  It was very strange, considering she charges by the hour.
