My friend in CT sent me a thank you bouquet using Telaflora. I thought it was beautiful and sent her a photo. Then she responded with a photo of what she ordered, paid extra for a deluxe bouquet, and paid extra for chocolates to be included. Oh... was my reaction. I told her no chocolates were included, and while beautiful, no, she did not even get close to what she paid for. I believe she complained to Telaflora, who offered her a 30% refund. How disappointing. I wonder how much this happens, but goes unnoticed Update-the owner reached out and apologized, offering to bring new bouquet. I declined. Awful service! The flowers my family ordered for our mom's birthday were NOT delivered. (We ordered about a week in advance... Not day of). I also was not given an explanation as to why they just chose not to perform their service... At least I got a refund.... but so disappointing and unprofessional. I depended on them to make my mom's day, on her birthday... But they did not even call or email to let me know they wouldn't be able to deliver. I also called multiple times and emailed the day of my requested delivery, but no answer and no response until the next day. Insulting and completely unprofessional. Would not recommend!! read more

This was one of the worst arrangements we ever received. We ordered through Teleflora .com and Emerald Coat Flowers & Gifts was the local vendor given the order to process. We understand that the arrangements can differ slightly from the online order and the vase might be different. This arrangement could have easily been purchased by the local grocery store for $10!! The only reason this got a 1 star is the owner said he'd send a delivery man out to get the arrangement and he'd credit back the payment. I'll update he review once that's completed. UPDATE: Teleflora contacted us directly and refunded the cost and gave us a discount on a future order. They also gave us the ID of this local vendor and told us we can specifically request not to use them in future order. read more

I ordered on this florist website. The order wasn't delivered. I called with my email confirmation I received from Emerald Flowers and Gifts for my order and they claim they never got my order. Even though I had an email from them confirming my order. I called the phone number on my email. This makes no sense. I was trying to get flowers to a special dinner. I asked them to help me out. I was told the trucks were already out on delivery so they couldn't help me. Grocery store flowers were purchased. I've emailed the owner. Not impressed! read more

I am beyond upset with my flower arrangement. My mother ordered a beautiful bouquet that included my favorite flowers (lilies) as well as a mylar balloon and even paid extra to have the deluxe arrangement so it would look as close to the photo online as possible. For starters the card has spelling errors, which were not present in her order when she typed the message, then the arrangement although nice was not even close to the quality of the $105 she paid. Considering my mother chose this arrangement because of the amount of lilies that were supposed to be in it I am beyond upset there isn't one lily! She also paid extra for a mylar balloon which was not with the arrangement. This florist does not make arrangements that you order they just make whatever they want and short on the flowers even though you pay $105 for a deluxe arrangement.
