I wish they had a bit more geared toward babies, as they had teethers and things of that nature but not many outfits (which happened to be mostly what I was looking for). My son is in love with trains, and just loved watching the motorized train set go around the store. I shop mostly at children's boutiques, and did find them a bit overpriced, especially with more common brands like Maileg and Jellycat. It's in a fantastic location, and I liked that they had some fun beach toys as well.

I walked just a few minutes from my beach home with my 10-month-old to grab a smoothie. After ordering, I was told to shop around while I waited. About 8 minutes later, I saw what appeared to be my drink, but the employee handed it to someone else and told me it wasn't mine. What followed was a 25-30 minute wait for a single smoothie while multiple customers came and went with their orders. When I finally questioned it, there was no apology--just blame placed on another employee and a dismissive attitude, as if I were the inconvenience. Meanwhile, my baby was visibly upset and crying. Great smoothie, but the lack of accountability, poor communication, and long wait made this a frustrating and disappointing experience. Not worth it.

She poured a pop on the couch and it didn't absorb!! They delivered the couch the next day and it wouldn't fit in any of my building's elevators. I was afraid I'd have to return it. The delivery guys left. Then an hour later Amy Jo called me and said they were coming back with a their guy and we're gonna carry this massive sectional couch up 12 flights of stairs for me!! Best Xmas ever. I cried and tipped them well for their superior service and amazing kindness. Love this store and the service!! There's so much more I want to buy there. Will be back soon.
