This was also his first massage. My partner said his therapist almost tickled his feet. I've had many massages from lots of different places. I have sciatica and a posterior tilt. Elena did an amazing job focusing on these areas and relieving the pain and tension that my issues were causing. She did trigger point / deep tissue for my problem areas. Environment / Ambiance - 5/5 Their space is very welcoming, modern, and relaxing. We arrived about 15 minutes early and the doors were locked (out for lunch.) we was able to call and they unlocked the doors remotely for us. Restrooms - They were clean and had no issues. Sensory Perfect, not to much visual stimuli and lighting was not too dim. Noise Level sounds and level was great. LGBTQ+ Rating 2/5 My usual - there were not signage / marketing / or safe place stickers at this location. However we didn't experience any harassment, discrimination, or hate. I didn't get it. If you like strong massages, this is your place. I was also constantly cold, they only have a very thin white sheet on the beds, and bed doesn't get warm. When they worked on your legs for instance, both of them are uncovered. It made me feel cold. They don't tell you what is coming so be aware if you asked for hot stones and warm towels. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience which surprised me because it has good reviews. I think it's pricey for what I got.
