I had no issues with the X-ray tech or the PA who I saw. I thought they were very professional and knowledgable. Reception, however, is a disaster. First, there is nothing preventing the whole lobby from hearing everything you discuss with the receptionist. The seating area is very close to the reception window. I felt very uncomfortable with so many people listening (whether they had bad intentions or not). Next, on both occasions, the receptionist seemed like I was truly inconveniencing her by being there. Rude, short, loud. No "please" or "thank you's." I just really didn't appreciate it. There was no concept of customer service at all.

Worked with my daughter's softball schedule to fit her in last minute to help treat a sprained ankle (she did 4 days earlier). We were at a destination softball tournament and time was of the essence to help her be able to play. Shockwave treatment, next day ultrasound treatment, then Ricky & the doc came in an hour early to wrap her ankle before her 1st game she was able to play in. We are so pleased with staff and results.
