The water is contaminated- notices were put out in 2024 stating the water could not be used because of quality test failures with the city- so the park hooked up to the well at the truck stop next door and gave out bottled water to drink. The worst part is the notices were dated from 2014 and nothing had been done since. If you have any open cut, plan on an infection after showering. Manager towed my truck after having if there for two years 5 days before I moved out the bitch towed it, never having a problem with it before, despite multiple other unregistered vehicles, trailers, and r.v.'s. then one I had it registered put another notice on it! There's no more laundry after one washer broke, then a dryer, then the only other washer machine broke so the laundry got shut down. Never lived in a worse place in my life. When I was moving out the manager had the audacity to threaten to punch me in the face. She pretended to "call the cops", but after waiting for them to show up for 3 hours, I realized it was a bluff. If you like getting your shit stolen,a dumpy surrounding, and being sick all the time, you're definitely welcome at bella vista. There's 30 spaces here. I recognize that other EX tenants that have not left on good terms have left some untrue and unkind reviews about this park and the manager that runs it. Id like to point out that back in December we were on a well that was treated and tested daily by the manager and had been for many years. The well unfortunately failed at the end of December and we had to have an emergency use of the well from the business next door that they were kind enough to let the park use. Over the past few months there has been updating and we have now been switched completely over to city water and the water is still tested to my knowledge daily. Also during the time that we were being notified about times the water may be shut off the notices were printed and dated with the exact dates of when they would be working on the water pipes. The park bathrooms and the park laundry room are back open and running. And the bathroom is sanitized weekly by the staff of the park. If you have a lot of laundry to do I will say there's a nice enough laundry mat down the street from the park and the pricing is good. Another thing to mention is that about two months ago all of us tenants were notified that if we had vehicles that were not currently running and registered that we needed to move them from the park or have them registered. Any vehicles that were not registered by last month received a 14 day tow notice. Every vehicle that was unregistered In This park received a notice on there car window and in their mailbox if you walked through the park you would have seen the papers on the cars. Many of the tenants that I saw were able to ACTUALLY register there vehicles. I don't like to speak unkindly about others but the man that left the last review on here was heard screaming at the manager and calling her many curse words that I will not be repeating on here. No vehicles were towed unlawfully or to spite anyone. The manager of this park is a nice women and so long as you are a respectful tenant, keep your space clean, and pay your rent on time you shouldn't have a single issue while living in this park.

My naive grandmother invited her into her home and Melissa continued to comment on how much she loves my grandmas "antique things" and how she would gladly just take them from her if she moves. She was in the living room while my grandma got some paperwork. A few candles were then missing. She told my grandmother how she may be getting fired, and wanted a letter from my grandma saying how amazing she was so she could use it in court. My grandmother then tried to get ahold of her, to find out that she only uses burner phones and gets a new one weekly. Just seems very shady, also couldn't provide receipts from rent.

Once we were charged a late fee on our rent and it's a good thing I noticed it because when I called I was told "we switched systems, disregard the late fee" and now the entire parks water has been turned off with no notice (due to a leak they've known about for a week and have had plenty of time to give us notice). The company working on the pipe even said "she told us yesterday she was going to notify everyone." Did I mention we've lived here less than a year? So, if you don't mind being hyper attentive to bills, and not knowing when things go on in the park, this place is the place for you.

Upon signing the rent agreement , there was a new manager and they surprisingly informed me that the rent was $890. I wasn't given any advance notice warning of a rent increase, which in the state of California, to raise rent without written notice to the tenants 30 days in advance of the rent increase is illegal!!! Currently, I'm looking for the owner of the Delta Hawaii park to discuss how we can change this back to $880 a month rent and if there is going to be a rent increase, they have to give me that 30 day written notice. I'm working on this issue but of right now I am significantly unhappy with this park. Treating new tenants so poorly is bad business to me. I hope I don't have to get my lawyer involved.
