Even once they knew the mistake that was made, it took them over an hour to make a 20min trip to our church. Needless to say, they showed up AFTER we left. After the wedding the manager assured me that my refund was being taken care of. SEVERAL months and multiple phone calls and emails later I finally decided to just dispute the claim on my credit card. I do believe I would never have gotten my money back. Would not recommend to a friend. Definitely would NOT pre-pay
