My neighbor hired Emerald View Turf Farm who delivered sod to his property. The driver delivered the sod after 9 at night when my children were trying to sleep. He refused to turn around in my neighbors driveway, but instead decided to attempt to back all the way down our long single lane street with the very loud rear beeping sound. When that was too difficult, he tried to turn around by backing into my driveway. He completely missed the driveway making a huge rut in the grass on the one side. He pulled forward and backward repeatedly making ruts on the other side of my driveway. When I ran outside to talk to him, he acknowledged that I was there but would not stop his truck to talk to me. Instead he continued trying to turn around, while making more ruts in my yard, then finally pulled forward making the deepest rut of them all (~12 feet long). He drove off without talking to me. I called Emerald View Turf Farm and the lady apologized, but didn't follow up with me. I had to call them again to get someone to come out and look at the damage. The man who came out to look at the property said he would come back to fix the ruts, but has yet to do so after 6 weeks. read more
