I have tried repeatedly to call and confirm my appointment, including leaving a voice message, and no response. Run backwards if your warranty refers this business to you. Frustrated, I called Frigidaire to have them make me yet another appointment (3rd), to find out that they had changed my appointment with West Texas Appliance to another day and time without calling me. West Texas Appliance took my appointment off of their books today and changed it to another day and time, and never let me know a thing! Now that's the way to do business in Abilene. He works for Samsung as well as Red River Appliance and that is what we saw him for, our brand new Samsung dishwasher. Our issue we had was when we would run a cycle, we would open the machine a few hours after starting it and there would be inches of water sitting in the bottom. The first time Garrett came out he told us there was "too much soap" in our dishwasher so he "flushed it out". Fast forward, he leaves and we run another load of dishes (way less soap now) and then the dishwasher does the exact same thing. We call him out again, this time he says "maybe you need to cut a hole through your countertop and run the drain hose higher up (it was already at the recommended height and we also had this checked prior to him coming out in which we were told we had it placed correctly). So, we do what he recommends again and then he leaves. Then, of course, the dishwasher does the same thing again. Finally, this 3rd time he is scheduled to come out, he cancels the service an hour before he is supposed to be here and comments "canceling due to nothing wrong with the product" so, Garrett Jones.. thank you for absolutely nothing. He came back within two days with the parts we needed and repaired quickly things that had stopped working properly. He was kind, caring, friendly and very competent at his job. I had to waste time without my washing machine to go back through LG. Then Sears made me waste time on a video chat to diagnose the problem instead of sending a tech like they told LG. I had the luxury of wasting more time before they sent a repairman to quickly hook up thr missed wires. After a week I finally was able to use washing machine LG had to pay Sears 2 or 3 times, depending on if they charge for waste of time video chat, so I could get a repairman to finally fix original problem and the one caused by Sears repairman not doing job correctly. I will never recommend Sears to anyone, you will probably have better results watching YouTube and trying it yourself.
