I had to schedule to take a urine drug screen for my doctor. Made an appointment for a Monday at 12…read morepm. The waiting room is so small and there were so many people there it's as if we were squeezed in like a can of sardines. When I arrived, I counted 18 people in the waiting room waiting to be seen. There were a ton more waiting outside or in their cars. Appointments were running 90 minutes behind, which is utterly ridiculous. When I was called back, the woman didn't say much, I would love to hear them apologize for the long wait, something, anything, but I digress. When I did finally get called back, I was done and out in 5 minutes. It was a shit show at that place and I'll never go there again. The irony? There was a tv on the wall in the waiting room that shows you everyone that's ahead of you, and they also play Quest BS, a voice that repeats over and over again that scheduling an appointment means you'll get called back at that time and have no wait. LOL.

Turned out it was on my phone, but the workers refused to help me by allowing me to print it off there. So rude and inhospitable. I will never go to that location again! They were so rude and not compassionate whatsoever. A little kindness goes a long way theses days and people need all the kindness they can get during such tumultuous and polarizing times.

When I asked why he was gatekeeping my results, he rudely asked, "Well, are you a doctor?". I am, in fact, just not a cardiologist. After this brief exchange, Dr. Howard handed me my printed results and promptly exited without explaining anything. There is no portal system which may have alleviated this issue. I additionally have a primary care physician that wanted to see the results, thus why I was there in the first place. Cardiology Consultants of Atlanta (after multiple requests) have failed to provide me test results. Finally, I understand Georgia is an open carry state, but I think it's harder to reduce anxiety and keep calm to maintain a steady pulse at a CARDIOLOGIST office when your doctor has a holstered gun under his white lab coat (allegedly, as I was not able to confirm this, I guess it could've been some other device on his hip, but since Dr. Howard was less than forthcoming with my medical information. Regardless, I saw this with my own eyes and am pretty confident with what I saw). Maybe Dr. Howard has been pissing the wrong patients off... either way, save your heart the stress of this cardiologist's office.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this office. I was a new patient and I waited over 40…read moreminutes to be seen at my first appointment. After they called me back they stuck me in a closet with the Christmas decorations while they looked for an exam room for me. Dr. Howard did not perform any tests that my PCP had not already done. The technician who performed my EKG/EEG (whatever it was) was not respectful of me being half nude. Most techs will talk to me during the process and make sure they are holding down the gown so I am not exposed. This person did not do that and I did not feel my bodily privacy was respected. The office made two follow-up appointments for me and only gave me an appointment card for one of them. All I had was a piece of paper. No digital record of the appointments - no email, text, or phone calls. I ended up missing one of the appointments (never having received a reminder text/phone call/email) and they are now charging me $150! Most doctor's offices I know charge a max of $50 for a missed appointment and even my hairdresser calls to confirm my appointment. In 2023 it is ridiculous that there is no digital communication with patients. The lady I spoke with on the phone was rude, impatient, snappy, and hung up on me when I asked to cancel my remaining appointments due to the abysmal service I received. Do not recommend, 0/10 stars, stay away, RUN!

Waited 20 min to be told the system is down. No clue why they don't call people with appointments to tell them don't bother coming. I've fasted all day. Completely wasted my afternoon.

Pros This location is conveniently located inside of Walgreens so parking is free. Cons They say they take appointments before walk-ins but there's no way to make an appointment online. Labcorp is right next to the pharmacy so customers never know which line is which. Check in is required but you'd never know because there's no staff and a tiny kiosk that requests way too much personal info. Address, d/o/b, insurance, even a picture of your license (which we declined). Then you wait. Eventually an employee opened the door to call the next name but she was barking commands. "I told you that you had to sign in again, did you sign in again?" To someone else she asked, "What are you here for?" No greeting and no smile. Even though it closes at 5pm she turned the kiosk around at 4:30 pm so people couldn't sign in.. Dropping off a specimen? Good luck! You have to wait until someone opens the door and pray they'll assist. They pick and choose who to help. A young man showed up for an employee drug test. She asked, "Did you read the sign? What does it say?"Then she pointed out that there were different hours for drug tests. He was turned away. Unfortunately she was also the phlebotomist. The draw was painful and required two needle sticks. Now I'm getting spam emails from LabCorp offering unsolicited screening tests. SUM Slow service, confusing check-in, rude staff and painful needle pricks. I plan to drive 40 minutes out of the way to Chamblee Dunwoody for my next Labcorp visit. Whatever you do, don't provide an email address. Buyer beware!
