Despite that, I was told the refund could NOT be issued back to my original payment method and that only store credit would be provided due to "system limitations" between online and in-store purchases. What followed was hours of confusion, conflicting instructions from staff and management, and repeated customer service emails that ultimately confirmed there is no ability to issue a refund to the original card--even when the return is valid and within policy. This is not a small detail. The website states items can be returned within 90 days, which reasonably implies a standard refund if the return is valid. That is not what actually happens when returning online orders in-store. After multiple attempts to resolve this, I was still offered only store credit or conditional workarounds, not a refund. At minimum, customers deserve clear, upfront disclosure that online purchases returned in-store will NOT be refunded to the original payment method. That is a significant and misleading gap in expectation vs. reality. I am sharing this so other customers are not surprised after the fact the way I was.

There appear to be many small seller working under the roof and all of their wares are available in sections- but the sections are not really marked off - you just sort of see the style of the items change from one seller to the other. Overall a good place to browse and there were some very interesting items in there but it would depend on what you were looking for I suppose. Worth a walk through even if you need to kill a little time - you never know, you may find something that strikes your fancy. Give it a shot. Parking on the street

Antiques Great…read morelittle store in downtown Lynchburg that has quite a decent collection of old items. I have passed the place many times while walking around and today I decided to see what they had beyond what they put out on the sidewalk. It is my kind of antique place: on the dark side, a bit musty smelling and jammed with old pieces of this or that scattered everywhere. We saw some very nice pieces that we will be back for but I managed to find a little something unexpected and the price was very reasonable. Prices in general seemed reasonable and I could have spent another hour in there. Very helpful woman working there - and not all up on you to purchase something. Overall a very good experience- give it a try. Parking on the street.
