Even my pharmacy keeps calling. After the 3rd call to their office I was finally told my doctor has been out for 10 days...FINE! BUT WHY WOULD THEY NOT TELL ME THIS BEFORE AND DON'T THEY HAVE SOMEONE TO COVER FOR PRESCRITPION REFILLS?!?!?! This is for DEPRESSION medicine! Find another doctor…read more There are 5 doctors in this office, and can never see you. They have way too many patients. Dont expect to get an appointment unless you call 3 days in advance, and thats if you can get through on the phone. Twice before the office would not answer the phone 2 hours after opening, and I had to call the elyria office to make sure they were open. Somehow after I called the other office and complained, they would finally answer when I called back, only to be told "we have no openings today sir'. With quite an atitude, not really any suggestions to help you, just an atitude for bothering them. So like I said, if you dont wanna deal with rude office personnel for an hour when you are sick, only to find you cant see a doctor, find another one. Not worth the hassle.

He doesn't just throw a pill down your throat and send you on your way. He looks into the concerns. Schedules test and get to the root of the problem. They accept most insurances. The staff that works under him are also very nice.

My gas was about to be disconnected because I couldnt afford the bill. I asked my sons pediatrician, Dr.Kacir, to sign a medical necessity form in order to keep my gas on until I could come up with the money. He refused, stating that he did not do that sort of thing!! Its like he did not care whether or not my son had hot water or electricity! I dont know about you, but I don't want a pediatrician that doesn't care about my children to prescribe medication for them.
